Executive Summary
Company Description: Sweets n's Café is a full-service company that
specializes in providing quality taste of our products to customers. Our
company offers affordable and delicious coffee especially, great tasting desserts
prepared to satisfy customers. We are committed to providing our customers
with superior customer service, so they can be confident in their purchase and
enjoy their purchase for years to come.
Target Segment: Our primary target market is students who hang out more
often with their friends. Because young people are the main lovers of sweets
and paired with coffee. they will also enjoy it more because of its
instagrammable vibe. And for individual who wants to bond with their family,
want to treat their children and to date yourself or your loved one, you will
enjoy the good ambience and delicious coffee's especially desserts.
Competitive Advantage: Our first competitive advantage is our company
create appealing and dynamic company culture to increase appeal to potential
employees and customers. Then, innovation, graham is usually used in making
mango graham and it is common dessert nowadays so we innovate, instead of
using mango in a graham we made a cake with chocolate. Our company also
located near school. This can increase availability to customer and reduce
transportation cost since our main target was students. Last is quality, we
improve quality of our product to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Positioning Statement: To all individuals who want to relax after a tiring day,
sweets n's cafe can help you to relax because of its good ambience and of course
the quality and delicious desserts and even a cup of coffee.

Launch new products or services: To draw attention to the product and
increases brand awareness. To boosts sales and increases revenue. A product
launch can provide more business opportunities.
Enhance customer relationships: Having an open line of communication
that allows clients to offer suggestions on improvements or changes is
critical to keeping those clients happy. Seeking feedback in the form of a
survey or other outreach is another good way to show you care about the
customer experience.
Increase profit: Earning a profit is important to a business because

Since face-to-face class is back again, many young people want to go out with
friends or loved ones, to enjoy and reduce stress. Our target audience was all
individuals that wants to unwind and enjoy our delicious desserts. Being with or
without someone can make your mood better and happy when you have great
tasting desserts to eat. Our product aimed to satisfy the cravings of young
people and individuals that loved sweet foods. Targeting these segments will
help us maximize our sales and profits. We will initially launch our product by
having a branch in different places to lessen their transportation cost and to
attract more consumer.

As a business, we will prioritize ethical and responsible practices. We will
ensure that the ingredients we use are sourced from local and ethical suppliers,
and it is safe to avoid poisoning. We will also prioritize the safety and comfort
of our employees by providing proper training, health benefits, and fair wages.
In terms of social responsibility, we will give back to the community by
partnering with local non-profit organizations and donating a portion of our

environment conservation.

For young individuals and to those who loved sweets. Sweets n’s Café sells

quality taste, and also our service will surely not disappoint you, as well as the
good environment of our company that consumers will surely comeback.

Product Strategy: We will focus on ensuring that our product is providing a
unique, quality and delicious taste, and not only meets but to exceed their
expectations on our product. Our goal was to attract more consumers to increase
sales and profits.
Pricing Strategy: We will price our product that is budget friendly to have
more consumer because of its affordable, quality and delicious taste.
Place: Our product will be sold through branching in different places especially
near school. Our goal is that the consumer will have easy access or to lessen
their transportation cost.
Promotion: We will promote our product in advertising through social media,
since most of people nowadays are active in social media. We will also give
coupons to our first buyers or buy one get one but, will make sure that they will
not just buy because of first buyer discount but to make them come back to us
and to have their loyalty on our product because of its delicious taste. Our goal
was to increase brand awareness to have more consumer.

Measurement and KPI’s


Profit Margin: To measure how well a company is performing in generating
sales while keeping expenses low.
Revenue: Measures the amount of money that a company earns for each sold. It
is a key metric for determining the profitability of an event or venue, and it can
also be used to identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Customer satisfaction: It is an important aspect of the industry as well, and
thus companies use different ways to measure it. One of the common way is to
conduct customer feedback surveys that measure customer satisfaction with
different aspects of the experience, such as ticket purchasing, facilities, and
quality of service.
Average resolution time: It is important because it shows how efficiently my
team resolves customer issues. To indicate several problems such as
understaffing, lack of training or ineffective processes.
Marketing Effectiveness: It is measured by the short-term and long-term
revenue generated by a campaign and by how well the company’s costs of
customer acquisition are lowered during that campaign. A good consumer data
platform can contribute to our marketing effectiveness.
Pages per visit: The amount of time the visitors spend on our site is an
indicator that our content is relevant and appealing. Enhancing the customer
experience on site is one of the best ways to ensure visitors don’t lose interest
and learn more about our brand and products.
