USP
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Business Description

Smoothie Fruity is managed by Group 3 and this little business serves fresh
smoothies made from fresh fruit to the students of Holy Infant Academy. The products
are all fresh and affordable, it is also served cold to anyone and even the outsiders are
permitted to purchase it. Smoothie Fruity aims to serve delicious, nutritious, and
affordable products to all the buyers.

Target Market

Based on the observation, students definitely need to refresh their thoughts after
classes or after having a tough day at school. Thus, the third group decided to build up
a business wherever it might serve the students and at the same time, it is also
nutritious. Smoothie Fruity items are what the students at HIA needed. Furthermore,
outsiders and even teachers may also acquire the product as everyone needs it to help
them refresh their thoughts after a tough day at school and job.

Competition

In the field of business, competition is always prevalent. Group three evaluated

their competitors and dealt it cautiously. In our Entrepreneurship subject, we are divided
into few groups and we really compete each other in our small businesses. Aside from
that, we are also competing with the school canteen and the small stores located
outside the campus. Indeed, it is risky but Group 3 are determined enough to manage
competitions and so, they will demonstrate the consumers that their items are
worthwhile to purchase since it is made with fresh and safe ingredients.

Risks and Opportunities

Here is the list of the risks the group would possibly encounter:

1. The smoothies would melt easily therefore it needs to be sold immediately to

consumers. The items should not be stored in hot places to avoid its melting.
2. There should be variety of flavors that is why; the group needs to exert more
capital for the small business.

Here is the list of the opportunities the group would possibly encounter:

1. Since there is variety of flavors, the consumers will be encouraged to try all of the
flavors and pick their best choice.
2. The products are sold with signature cups with logo and it might catch the
consumers’ attention to purchase it.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
The goal of Smoothie Fruity's establishment was to offer Holy Infant Academy
students items that were risk-free to consume. Holy Infant Academy is where the
Smoothie Fruity will be placed. It was established by Group 3 for the subject of
entrepreneurship, and it also fulfills one of the first-semester requirements. The people
behind this small company are Allysa Mae Tuasoc, Kecy Oracion, Dina Daguing, Lenny
Sapid, Ellah Mae Suganob, James Dinorog, Reuben Cabil, Glenn Niño Gumapac, and
Jan Carlo Omapas. They designed the Smoothie Fruity business as it provides
customers excellent services and products.

Since there is currently no information indicating that smoothies are being sold at
Holy Infant Academy, this product just arose. Additionally, Group 3 guarantees that the
product is distinct from the others and is much more worthwhile to acquire. Besides that,
given that finals are approaching and the majority of students are exhausted, the
aforementioned product might be a way to revive both students' and teachers' minds.

PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERINGS

The majority of students opted on gulaman drinks, thus our best course of action
is to provide a new drink variation to the marketplace. We chose to offer the Smoothie
Fruity to the students since there is currently no record of smoothies being served on
campus. Additionally, the tastes in our smoothies will vary and be created using fresh
fruits including mangoes, apples, watermelons, and more. Our product stands out from
the competition because it is served by vendors in pristine cups with clearly identifiable
trademarks.

MARKETING PLAN
Our business will launch its operations after receiving financial investments, and
all group members will work together to ensure its success. In fact, we'll designate
someone to sell the goods, someone to collect the income, and the rest will act as
brand ambassadors to support business expansion. As a result, without everyone's
assistance, our firm will never succeed.
