EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Fruit Ninja aims to establish a business at Zamboanga del Sur National
High School in Pagadian City, targeting ZSNHS-SHS and ZSNHS-JH
students with affordable prices and savory snacks. Partners contributed
P300 each for financing. Competitors abound, but Fruit Ninja plans to win
customers' trust by delivering excellent service and value. The shop will
offer Nutri-Candy, known as "Tanghulo" in Korea, coated with fruits and
crystalline sugar, along with complimentary drinks like Mango Gulaman
and a dessert like leche flan.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The objective is to provide tasty snacks and drinks while aiming for
a profit of P58,000. Raw materials will be sourced from various
markets. An online marketing system will be employed via
platforms like Facebook to reach customers who prefer to order
online. Orders will be fulfilled face-to-face, with employees
delivering directly to classrooms for convenience. Business hours
will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Wednesday.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
"Fruit Ninja" is a business located within Zamboanga del
Sur National High School in the Sta. Maria District of
Pagadian City, inspired by the popular game of the same
name. It focuses on providing fruit-related products,
specifically Candylicious fruit candies and Juicylicious
mango jelly tapioca. The mission of Fruit Ninja is to
offer fresh and affordable foods and beverages to
students, teachers, and school facilitators while
prioritizing cleanliness and excellent customer service.

NUTRIJUICE
Step 1: Add 5 cups of water to a pot. Sprinkle the mango jelly powder over it
and add the sugar and mix until the jelly powder is dissolved.
Step 2: Heat over medium-high until it starts to boil.
Step 3: Transfer to a square or rectangle pan or molds, liquid should not be
more than an inch high.
Step 4: Let it cool down to set and cut into cubes once set.
Step 5: In a pot, add 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Step 6: Add the tapioca pearls and cover, lower heat to medium and let it cook
for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the core is no longer visible.
Step 7: Drain using a strainer or colander. Place the tapioca pearls (in a
strainer/colander) in a bowl with water to prevent them from sticking together
until ready to use. Just remove it from the water and let it drain before using.
Step 8: In a large bowl, mix evaporated milk and condensed milk until well
blended, add the tapioca pearls then mix.
Step 9: Lastly, add the mango jelly cubes and ripe mangoes and gently fold.
Step 10: Cover and chill before serving.

Step 1: Prepare all the raw materials, wash, and dry all the fruits.
Step 2: Slice all the fruits.
Step 3: Melt the 1/4 cup of white sugar and the granulated sugar until it
turns into a clear syrup.
Step 4: Dip skewered fruits into the hot syrup, ensuring an even coating.
Step 5: Cool and Harden: Allow sugar-coated fruits to cool and harden.
Step 6:. *Repeat (optional):* For a thicker coating, repeat the dipping
process.
Step 7: Serve or package and enjoy immediately, or package for later.

The partners will have a physical stand in the school grounds,


operating via personal selling to all potential consumers within
the premises. Additionally, they will sell online through the Fruit
Ninja Facebook page. Fruit Ninja will operate from March 11 to
March 13 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Every person who
contributes to this business has a role and task to do responsibly.
