“It ‘s not just a piece of cupcake but It’s a unique taste that can make your taste buds seek to
find”

Our tag line which stated above says it all with regards to our main purpose in
engaging such a business. This product aims to bring delightful taste to customers by
selling “ Yema Cupcake” to them. It also aims to be one of the best delicacies with an
affordable price.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Sweet Pastry Hauz is an innovated product that is a big help not only for our own

sake but also for others. New creations can make our economy grow. A yema cupcake product

we offer to sell to the customers. This business totally owned and managed as a group with 6

members.

We offer a high quality and affordable to the customers. This business is not commonly

used in other business because this is so unique product and you can buy what you want to buy

we offer in you. We can assure that our product is good to the customers and our product is safe

fir everyone’s sake.

Yema cupcake are very delicious and inspired to the customers. The business expects to

raise an operating line to finance its first month in selling this product. All the members in group

we invested equally to meet the working capital requirements.

Our business plan aims to satisfy customers and give their needs and wants to buy our

product. Our product are so many competitors and also our ingredients of our product is so

delicious and very unique.


INTRODUCTION

We name our business a Sweet Pastry Hauz because we offer a sweet food that named

yema cupcake. We decided to sell this product because it is not familiar to everyone. Our target

buyers are the students of Sinait National High School by the use of social media, we chat our

friends to ask them to buy our product and we will be going to deliver their orders during school

days. Our product was made up of yema and love because our competitors have the ingredients

to follow but our product was made up with love that no one can ever do because we believe that

if you mix a love on what you’re doing the finish product will be better. Every entrepreneur

needs to focus on growing profits for their small business. Just because you pencil profit into the

financial projections doesn’t mean it will automatically come to fruition. As an entrepreneur you

must have to focus on profits and outputs to operate a profitable small business, you have to

constantly evaluate the productivity gains from people and resources. Always look for efficiency

gains, even if things are generally going well, the key to maximizing profit potential in a small

business is to always look to the efficiency gains. Increase revenue, profits don’t just come from

controlling cost. In fact, the key to optimized profits usually lies more in your ability to scale

your revenue up at a higher ratio than your costs.

It can take years to be profitable, but if doesn’t mean you’re a failure.

If you’re looking to start a business, you might be wondering if you can expect to see any

profit during your first year of trading. Whilst profit in the first year are always welcome, of

course, they shouldn’t be expected, nor should you be relying on them. It can take time, the
majority of business, on average, do not start turning a profit until as late as the third year.

There’s no exact timescale for when you should expect your business to return a profit. This will

depend on many factors, including the nature of your business and the sector you operate in.

MISSION
To provide yema cupcake for delicious merienda and we will also give a free taste to
the one who buy our product. Our mission is not only to earn profit rather than to gain
more customers to buy our product as usual.

VISION

To impress the business goal in achieving success and to more strategies in producing
our product.

TECHNICAL PLAN

RAW MATERIALS:
4 Eggs Yolk. 1 tsp. Lemon juice
6 Eggs, white and Yolk. ½ cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup Evaporated milk 1 sugar

EQUIPMENT:
Large Bowl
Spoon and fork

PRODUCT PROCESS:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar. Combine the flour, lemon juice, evaporated milk;
gradually add to egg, mixture.

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 325 Celsius for 20-25
minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before
removing form pans to wire racks.

MARKETING
PEOPLE
Our innovative product aims to target the students, teachers and faculties in Sinait
National High School. Due to its affordability, the students and also the teachers and
faculties purchase this product. Because our product is so delicious and not expensive
to sell. And this yema cupcake qualifies for the supplication of this need that will help
boost their physical capabilities all day long.

PRODUCT
Yema cupcake is delicious can fulfil customers satisfaction. This is a healthy food to
yourself because yema cupcake is rich in carbohydrates and contains more sweetness
and moisture. They are so light and butterfly, and full of incredible flavor. The perfect
way to welcome spring. These are a more decadent version of our much-loved
yemma muffins, and will melt in your mouth with each bite.

PRICE
The total cost of production is Php 500 which is the total amount from purchasing the
ingredients needed. From the total cost of production, we based our price. Since we
produced 100 pieces, we set a price of Php 14.00 but we add a markup of Php 1.00
that makes up of Php 15.00 which serves as our original selling price.
We based our pricing strategy using the cost-base pricing which is the simplest
pricing method. This approach is used by simply adding a standard make up to the
cost.

PLACE
Yema cupcake is sold inside the school to cater the student industry. This is so
ensuring the convenience and accessibility for the customers.

PROMOTION
To enhance market awareness, we apply the personal selling as our tool in promoting
our product. We persuade them until they decide to purchase the product. This
strategy is very effective because the product is maybe known due to wide range of
internet but it’s new for the taste of most of the consumers.
