friends to ask them to buy our product and we will be going to deliver their orders during school
days. Our product was made up of yema and love because our competitors have the ingredients
to follow but our product was made up with love that no one can ever do because we believe that
if you mix a love on what you’re doing the finish product will be better. Every entrepreneur

the one who buy our product. Our mission is not only to earn profit rather than to gain
more customers to buy our product as usual.

TECHNICAL PLAN
RAW MATERIALS:
4 Eggs Yolk. 1 tsp. Lemon juice
6 Eggs, white and Yolk. ½ cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup Evaporated milk 1 sugar
EQUIPMENT:
Large Bowl

PRODUCT PROCESS:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar. Combine the flour, lemon juice, evaporated milk;
gradually add to egg, mixture.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 325 Celsius for 20-25
minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before
removing form pans to wire racks.

National High School. Due to its affordability, the students and also the teachers and
faculties purchase this product. Because our product is so delicious and not expensive
to sell. And this yema cupcake qualifies for the supplication of this need that will help
boost their physical capabilities all day long.
PRODUCT
Yema cupcake is delicious can fulfil customers satisfaction. This is a healthy food to
yourself because yema cupcake is rich in carbohydrates and contains more sweetness
and moisture. They are so light and butterfly, and full of incredible flavor. The perfect
way to welcome spring. These are a more decadent version of our much-loved
yemma muffins, and will melt in your mouth with each bite.
PRICE
The total cost of production is Php 500 which is the total amount from purchasing the
ingredients needed. From the total cost of production, we based our price. Since we
produced 100 pieces, we set a price of Php 14.00 but we add a markup of Php 1.00
that makes up of Php 15.00 which serves as our original selling price.
We based our pricing strategy using the cost-base pricing which is the simplest
pricing method. This approach is used by simply adding a standard make up to the
cost.
PLACE
Yema cupcake is sold inside the school to cater the student industry. This is so
ensuring the convenience and accessibility for the customers.
PROMOTION
To enhance market awareness, we apply the personal selling as our tool in promoting
our product. We persuade them until they decide to purchase the product. This
strategy is very effective because the product is maybe known due to wide range of
internet but it’s new for the taste of most of the consumers.
