I. Executive Summary
Our Pastillas Company will offer a good quality of "pastillas" product
to the learners and staffs of San Jose High School in San Jose, Sta. Cruz,
Ilocos Sur. Historical data showed that the learners are not satisfied to
the pastillas products sold by the previous sellers. This means that they
need to try a new taste of this kind of products. Our primary strategy is
to offer customers a variety of options for choosing flavored pastillas.
The customers may choose if what flavors and fillings they like to. Our
business will initially operate a plyers and tarpaulins to showcase the
colors (depending on flavor) and fillings of the pastillas. Our product
will be available every school day (Monday - Friday). Our pastillas
products have number of competitive features that will be used to its
advantage to achieve market penetration such as the affordability of the
products

II. Business Description


Pastillas is one of the famous delicacies here in the Philippines and
we Filipino's are fun of eating sweets. We would like to make our
pastillas to be a famous one and will love by the costumers. Pastillas ni
Aling Angela is the business name of our primary product. It will
produce flavored pastillas with different fillings. It combines
innovativeness and sweetness feeling because of the unique taste.
Pastillas ni Aling Angela! Envisions to improve the well-being of
the customers, community and people by providing them a affordable
treat without sacrificing its quality. The product will be manufactured
and processed in addition for our expenses in our school like activities
and project. And then somehow help in the building of a healthier,
better, and stronger well-being. The students and the faculty members of
San Jose High School are our first targeted costumers. If they will buy
our products we'll make sure that it will be remarkable to them because
of the different taste and fillings and it is very affordable.
III. Market Analysis
It was observed that the learners of San Jose High School, San Jose,
Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur are the are the biggest market for the product
Pastillas. This product became so demanding because of the new taste of
it. It was added with different flavors and fillings. These market partition
favor stylish and bonny pastillas for an affordable price. To increase
market penetration, "Pastillas ni Aling Angela" will offer imposing
flyers of graphics aside from the affordable pastillas to its intended
market section. There will be also a market campaign to be done to
increase the publicity for "Pastillas ni Aling Angela" through the use of
social media like Facebook and Messenger. It offers price worth of Php
5 each.

IV. Marketing Strategies


The main goal of our pastillas to attain more customers, increase and
boost the sales. We add other flavor/fillings in the pastillas for the
customers to have an options. We create our own logo which it will
serve as our signature name. Our main customer is students and teachers.
We sell our product through roaming, approach and introduce them our
pastillas. In order for the customer to buy we used to explain what’s
inside and how does it taste like between the two flavors.
V. Operational Plan
Below is the process of making a home-made pastillas.
1. Prepare these:

Powdered Milk
All-Purpose Flour
White Sugar Chinese
Artificial Flavors (Pandan, Vanilla, Ube, & Paper
Chocolate)
Fillings (Marshmallow, Chocolate & Peanut)

2. Cook the flour in a pan for 15 minutes (low fire).


3. Add the powdered milk in the pan and mix for 10 minutes.
4. After cooking, transfer them in a big bowl, then add the
condensed milk.
5. Mix them thoroughly.
6. Roll the dough and cut it into certain amount.
7. Then prepare for packaging (set a certain amount of the pastillas)
