marshmallow. Our product will be quite unique and has new features

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

No one can live without food. That’s why food is valid to be one of the basic needs. After
every meal Filipinos often seek for a sweet that will give them satisfaction. The business will be
managed by the proponents themselves.
This business plan is about a chewable yet enjoyable sweet treat called pastimallows. The
product will be manufactured at Purok 5, Danao, Panglao, Bohol. The initial capital for the first
month is ₱2. The capital needed to make the business possible will be provided by the
proponents themselves. The main product is pastimallows that is made from marshmallows
coated with powdered milk with sugar and condense, affordable and enjoyable sweet treat.
The management and operation of PASTIMALLOWS! Starts from, inventory and
estimation of the volume of pastimallows be produced daily. Next is the purchasing of the
ingredients and materials needed. Third, the production and packaging of the said product.
Lastly, the marketing and selling of PASTIMALLOWS! Since this is a new business line, we
aim to capture the market. The product will be purchased at DANAO, PANGLAO, BOHOL.
The business will definitely succeed because of its affordability. The ingredients and raw
materials needed can be brought at a very low cost. Profitable, because we can get back the
capital at a short span of time and lastly it is attainable because its procedure can be done by
anyone without ease.

fluffy but also has affordable price in just ₱12.00 pesos each.

The target place by selling this product are the places where there are many people like
schools, malls, etc.

•PROMOTION

SOCIAL MEDIA - is one of known platform. Through advertising the product on Social
Media Marketing that we will able to show our brands/products. This will be easily Attract
and catch the attention of buyers.

Good relationship with the Customers. Large population in the area and lastly, there are
trained individuals in the field.

Weakness
Buyers are familiar with the certain snacks. But we highly need to convince the buyers to
try our products.

The business could be developed not just in local but also Internationally. Our type of
pastimallows is unique to the area and lastly there is a large volume of passing trade due to
the local shops and businesses

Threats
Expensive new marketing campaign, growing competition of another products / brand.
There are approximately other pastimallows shops within a 2- miles our premises and lastly,
most people today prefer door to door delivery. Changing customers preference

2. FIXED ASSETS
 Bowl/ mixing bowl - A mixing bowl is a deep bowl that is particularly well suited
for mixing ingredients together in.
 Wooden ladle- Wooden spoons give you a firm strong handle to hold, making
stirring easier and more effective.
 Measuring spoon- Measuring spoons are used for measuring small, exact amounts
of ingredients.
 Measuring cup to measure the volume of liquid or bulk solid cooking ingredients
such as flour and sugar.
3. PROCESS

Ingredients:
 Powdered milk
 Condensed milk
 White sugar
 Marshmallow
Procedure:

1. In a mixing a bowl, put the powdered milk. Then, gradually mix in the condensed
milk. Make sure to add the condensed milk one at a time. This is to make sure that
the mixture won’t become runny.

2. Mix and stir well to combine the two ingredients.

3. After you achieve the right consistency, form a ball, flatten it.

4. Then wrap one marshmallow. Be sure to wrap the marshmallow completely.

5. Roll the pastillas-wrapped marshmallows on granulated sugar or sprinkles

– students that can satisfy a craving. Furthermore, this product is fairly inexpensive

origins in the town of San Miguel in Bulacan, Philippines. From San Miguel, pastillas-making
spread to other Philippine regions such as the provinces of Cagayan and Masbate.
