Introduction
A. Business Concept
We the Kapa Food Corp (KFC) decided to give SIC personnel, students, and other people
in the school campus a product which is mouthwatering and delicious, introducing dynamite and
smores. Dynamite is a product composed of lumpia wrapper filled with Ham, cheese and the
spicy siling labuyo while smores is a product that melts in your mouth that is made from grilled
marshmallows sandwiched using graham crackers and topped with melted chocolate. We
proposed this food business venture since what we have observed, there were lots of students
from the past years who bought these kinds of products because of their interest or cravings. In
fact these products are affordable and swak sa budget. In accomplishing this business venture we
the Kapa Food Corporation decided to have a budget of 500 pesos and sell the dynamites at 1 for
8 pesos or 3 for 20 pesos and the smores will be sold at 1 for 7 pesos or 3 for 18 pesos. To attract
our customers, we planned to advertise our products by posting or giving flyers around the
school as well as a room to room delivery or direct selling.

IV. Marketing Plan

A. Target Market

Kapa Food Corporation also known as KFC focuses on students, teachers and
personnel’s of San Isidro College. These market segments consume the majority of the
food products specifically the Dynamite and Smores. Kapa Food Corporation (KFC)
wants to establish a substantial regular customer base. This will establish a wholesome,
consistent revenue base to ensure stability of the business.

B. Business Offerings

Products and Services (description)

KFC offers a broad range of Dynamite products, all from high quality fresh
market grown products of vegetables, and juicy meat. It caters to all customers and
provides each a delicious snack that is both healthy and spicy.
The Smores provides toasted marshmallows, coated with melted chocolate and
sandwiched with graham crackers. Each batch of Smores will be prepared during the day
to assure the availability of toasted marshmallow and melted chocolate through the
selling period.

C. Justification

The crispy outer shell with the juicy bits of ham and cheese inside a finger chili
pepper (siling haba) makes the dynamite lumpia a delicious treat. Although dynamite
lumpia is an adaptation of the eggroll, which originated in China, the appetizer-sized rolls
are primarily known as a food popular with Filipinos. One of the attractions of dynamite
lumpia is its low price, so in order for us to make a reasonable profit we will be
producing high volume of products. Smores on the other hand is a campfire treat popular
in the United States and Canada, consisting of a marshmallow and a layer of chocolate
placed between two pieces of graham cracker or cookie.
KFC wants to establish a huge consumer base in which it concentrates its business
and marketing mainly on the people within the campus. This will begin a healthy and
consistent return of investment as it ensures the constancy of the business. Moreover, it is
expected to cover approximately 60% of the revenues. High visibility and viable products
and services are critical to capture this segment of the market. As per observations,
customers are craving for a delicious and unique taste of product that is of high quality
and would satisfy their taste buds. With our delectable and affordable food products we
are assured to cater to the cravings of the customers.
D. Marketing Strategy

Emphasize Creativity, Service and Speed to Market

Since our products will involve delivery services and online selling, we will
emphasize our focus on both being creative and productive with the foods we sell. Thus,
during our deliveries we will make sure that our product is presentable and will be
delivered instantly. Since we deliver, it is more convenient for the customers to buy our
product with just a text or call, the food they crave for will be with them right away.
However, as we sell online, we will be catching the attentions of the people on social
media by the pictures and information we share. In order to come up with a good
presentation of product, we will be using a unicorn designed cupcake holder into where
we will be placing the product. Hence, it is important for us to get to market quickly in
order to improve our product and have a successful outcome.

Emphasize Deliciousness
Our goal is to establish a reputation for Smores and Dynamites that will give a
solid satisfaction towards our customers. In order to cross-promote our products, our
foods will have different tastes. It will offer our customers an option to buy something
sweet after eating something juicy and spicy. This allows our customers to buy more of
our products frequently and more word would spread about how good our product will
be.
Additionally, to help promote our foods verbally, our product will have a page on
some social media like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. So, the customers can spread
their feedbacks and invite more of their friends or acquaintances to try and buy our
products.
