EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Chufave Shake Enterprise is dedicated for all the people that want

refreshment and want to experience something new in the shake that will provide

them satisfaction. We will not only sell process flavored shake but also a shake

that made of fresh fruits, so surely the customer will not only benefit from it good

taste but also a great help for their health. So in every peso they spend to

chufave shake is also counting for their better health. Chufave shake will not only

offer cold shake but also a hot shake, so even during rainy season our shake is

still open because we will offer you our hot shake and that is we called milk tea,

and this will provide you hotness during cold season. It will be served for both

men and women, at any age and will also accept orders. It will be selling not only

a plain or with a flavored shake but also it will have a different bottom and

toppings just like gulaman, whipped cream, bingo crash in different flavors and

nips that surely will give the customer a refreshment with a twist at an acceptable

price. Chufave Shake will also maintain a friendly and creative work environment

which respects ideas and hardwork of its competitors. It will use a good looking

or presentable packaging that is new concept in shake selling in the Cajidiocan

particularly at the Taguilos, Cajidiocan, Romblon.

Shake has been known around us. There were so many business who made

like this product. Mostly shake is come from different flavor, sometimes it has a

toppings. This is most commonly shake but for our chufave shake will give you

different style, new taste and type, it can be cold or hot. We can give you shake

even it is rainy or not. We will be there to satisfied and serve you at the best we

can. This would be your favorite shake and you will goanna find this once you

taste it.

Compared to current shake offerings in the market, our chufave shake

exceeds customer expectations through a wide offering of shakes made with

quality ingredients at a competitive price with great margins. Chufave shake also

offer a shake that not current in the market and that is a fresh shake or shake

that made of fresh fruits. Our competitive edge begins with our ability to use one

supplier/ vendor for our ingredients in making fresh shake that surely will refresh

your soul.

The business is propose by the students of Grade 12 Matapat at

Cambalo National High School. They came up on this kind of venture

because it is trend on the market. It has a catchy name where customers

will think what is the taste could be and it will be marketable as the result

of the conducting a business plan.

II. STATEMENT OF VISION, MISSION, AND VALUES

 VISION
Chufave shake aspires to be well establish, to be known as
the best shake enterprise and to be one of the best ideal drinks
that provide refreshment to the market.

 MISSION

Chufave shake primary responsibility lies with its customers,

to whom we offer delicious and quality stunning shake that will give

you true refreshment. Chufave shake will give you the best at any

season we will meet to provide and feels you happy. With an

emphasis on employee satisfaction, we pride ourselves on creating

a friendly environment for our customers. Our value comes from

supplying all the people even you are not from Cajidiocan or a

tourist alike, with the refreshing that one-of-a-kind taste and that is

Chufave shake. A shake with a twist that will satisfy the thirst of our

customers and a resolute commitment to the customers, Chufave


shake aims to maintain high profitability, so that can serve

customers for many years to come.

III. THE MARKETING PLAN

A. Research and Analysis

 Description of the Business Idea


The business is a service and manufacturing type were in it will be serving

people by providing their needs and wants in terms of shake preparation. The

business is not new to the market since there is some shake vendors in the

market but chufave shake is different from them, it has something new than what

they have, which our target is to give you a refreshment with a twist or a new

taste.

The objectives of the business includes (1) to provide a customer’s

satisfaction and a high quality of service, (2) to maintain and expand the number

with the competitive price of target customers, (3) to be one of the most

favorable drinks all the time, (4) to earn profit, and (5) to provide employee

satisfaction for customer.


The owners as well as the employees at the same time has various

experiences in handling a business like selling kakanin, snacks, like corndog

which is made of hotdog, graham balls, managing a bakery and small store

which they earn income from this businesses, so it is surely that this owners will

be a great asset in the business and will be a great help to produce a product

that will satisfy the needs of the customer and will result a great profit of a

business and not a net loss.

 Description of the Target Market
Chufave shake will target consumers that seeking a thirst quencher

and looking for a drink with a twist that will be alternative to sodas and

other drinks that sell in Cajidiocan. Chufave shake target market will

involve the citizens of Taguilos, Cajidiocan Romblon that want to taste our

product that surely will give them refreshment and satisfaction.

The store market will be put up in Taguilos, Cajidiocan, Romblon

The taste of our product will the best basis to encourage citizens to
buy, and also the packaging which throughly impress the taste buds of
people in refreshing shake

 Market Share
Chufave shake enterprise will be registered as partnership and will

be located at Taguilos, Cajidiocan, Romblon. The total project will cost


more or less twenty-five thousand because of its high quality equipment’s,

suppliers and workers.

 Market Trends

Based on the proponent’s analysis and evaluation of the target market, it is


foreseeable that the proposed business plan has great potential to generate
accumulative profit during the lifetime of the business. There is big possibility for
the business to attain success and continuously provides shake in the
future.Earlier, individuals used to focus more on eating the original sources and
deriving the required nutrition for the body. Nowadays, the busy lifestyle of
individuals around the world has led them looking for alternatives that provide
quick nutrition. Thus, based on this aspect, the ready to drink shake market is
expected to gain promising growth between 2020 and 2030.
Along with fulfilling the nutritional requirements of the body, people prefer great
taste. Thus, ready to drink shake market are a perfect option for the fulfillment of
nutritional requirements along with a good taste. The rising demand for ready to
drink shakes from fitness freaks and the millennial category will provide a much-
required boost to the growth.
The growing health-consciousness among a large chunk of the populace may
bring immense growth opportunities for the ready to drink shake market. These
shakes are ideal for keeping a watch on the calorie intake, thus aiding the weight
loss process. Hence, this factor may serve as a prominent growth opportunity for
the ready to drink shake market

And may have a probability to expand the target market in the upcoming years.

B. Marketing Strategies
 Product
Product as anything that can be offered and exchange to

customers that will provide profit to the business and this is something

that can caught the attention, acquisition, use or consumption to satisfy

need, want, demand or expectation. Chufave shake is a new taste for the
customers, it is new to the current shake vendor. The customer has three

choices of product and that is the fresh shake, process flavored shake

and the hot shake which is the milk tea.

The Chufave shake was derived from what is the product and what

the product can provide. “Chuf” is a tagalog or bisaya word that means in

order to taste the product you only need is to chuf it or mean to say sip it.

“Fave” is derived from the word favorite that want to orient the customers

that this product will be taste good and surely will put to the list of your

favorite drinks. So the proponents name it as chufave shake because it is

unique and surely will catch the attention of the customers.

 PRODUCTS
 PRICE

In marketing price is the amount of money that pay for something or product,

it is the whole amount of money that equal to the cost plus or all the expenses in

producing the goods with a small amount of profit by the business. The pricing

strategy is based on competitive offerings and convenience of the customers.

The convenience factor will be the clients can make all their purchases with a

discount. Chufave shake will offer a volume proportion as a sales incentive when

a customer buy one big and small process flavored shake they can save five

pesos for every purchases.

To be competitive with local offerings, chufave shake will be priced as

 PLACE
The business will be located at Taguilos, Cajidiocan, Romblon. The

proponents will use Direct Marketing Channel or known as producer to customer

where in the method of selling is directly to the buyer from the manufacturer with

no middle man or intermediary involved. In simplest the business will only sell at

the location stated above directly to customer.


 PROMOTION
As for promotion strategy, the proponents plan to give some promos and

contest for its loyal customer for motivation and to maintain their loyalty for a

long period of time, promotion will be rare use because for at least one year,

customer is presume to know about this new product to the market. Promotion

will be use again if the business will offer or launch other flavors of product.

V. OPERATION PLAN

A. Detailed Description on how the Business will be


implemented.
Chufave Shake is a business name that is located at
Taguilos, Cajidiocan, Romblom. We will start to operate our
business this year. It will open from Sunday to Friday from 9:00 am
to 6:00 o’clock in the evening.

B. Monitoring and Evaluation

Our business was named Chufave Shake intends to achieve


the satisfaction of our customers. We are in good position
because we have no competitors.
The proponents will monitor the daily sales and ensure that
the business is gaining a profit.

VI. ORGANIZATION/ MANAGEMENT PLAN

The legal form of the business will be General Partnership. The


proponents chosen this legal form of business due to the following
reasons:

 Business profits &/or losses are equally distributed to the partners;


 Partners are jointly and severally liable for the partnership’s legal
obligations;
 Partners shares management responsibilities; and
 More time is available for general partners to work on business
development and growth.

A. Staff Requirements

The proponents oversee the operation of the business for this is a


small scale business but In case our business will succeed, we are
planning to hire the following staff:

Delivery Boy

B. Contribution to the Business

 Store Manager- in charge of entire store and the employees that work
within. In-charge in planning and promoting the daily schedule of
employees and the business and coordinate to the employees.
 Sales Boy/Sales girl - they are the ones operating the business,
entertaining the costumer and organizing the orders.
 Delivery boy- delivers the products to designated Barangay and for the
daily maintenance of vehicle.

I. FINANCIAL PLAN
Description of the Respondents
The respondents of the study were the citizens of Taguilos, Cajidiocan

Romblon. The study employed a Non-probability method Sampling and employs

a Voluntary sample in choosing the respondents.

Table 2 showed the number of the population and samples used in the

study. There were a total population of 1656 and by using the non-probability

method the total sample of 200 was obtained.

Instrumentation and Validation

The study utilized a set of questionnaires to gather data from the

respondents. The questionnaires seek for information regarding the respondent’s

choices in purchasing the Chufave Shake and questions about if their willing to

purchase shake.

Demand

Demand is the ability and needed or desire to purchase a commodity or

service and it is important to know the demand to give emphasis on the total

market share and total volume and a group of customer that can able to buy the

product.

There are 1656 students in Cajidiocan National High School. By

conducting a research, it was revealed that 100% of them are eating and 70% of

them are willing to purchase the chufave shake. Lastly the projected market

share is 10% that gives the total demand of 116. As to the result of the survey,

43% preferred small cups (200 ml) in purchasing chufave shake, 35% of them

preferred medium cups (500 ml) in purchasing the chufave shake.

Assumptions:

1) 43% of the target market will purchase chufave shake in a small cup

(200ml) 5 times a week.

2) 35% of the target market will purchase chufave shake in a medium cup

(300 ml) 5 times a week.

3) 22% of the target market will purchase chufave shake in a big cup (500

ml) 5 times a week.

Supply is the process a system by which the product is provided to

persons. The basis of supply is the business equipment capacity to produce the

chufave shake. The supply will also increase 5% each year.

Sales Plan

The shake industry is economically stable. Industry trends show that as

time becomes more limited, people want faster, easier and more economical

service in one location. Customer are educated and more demanding of quality

product.

The target market area is the Taguilos, Cajidiocan Romblon. This will

includes a target population of 1,656 students with the total demand of 116.

Sales Forecast

The total demand of the service is about 116 this is based on the survey

conducted to observe the average number of customer in the target market.

However, demand is projected to increase 5% annually.

To come up with projected sales forecast in terms of money, we analyzed

first the possible shake that we can render per day and its related prices based

on our selling price.

SOCIAL IMPACT

A. Statement of the business long-term desired outcomes


Chufave Shake aims to be the number one in the municipality of
the Cajidiocan. Providing an equal liabilities and responsibilities
among partners. In the next years to come we can provide a working
place for the working students of Romblon State University.

B. Statement of the social impact generated from each of the


business activities

Chufave Shake will conduct activities that would promote spirit of


entrepreneurship through active participation in community and school
activities since they are the number one in their business.

C. Statement/Data on the Benefit and Impact of the Business to the


Community

Our target is to have a store where student through working


studentss can work with. It vows to support the working students
needs of the school in terms of marketing, back office operations and
food service. Chufave Shake considered itself as partner in progress
of the community and school.

Diana A. Mingo was born on December 04, 2002 at Cambalo,
Cajidiocan, Romblon. She is the 2 nd among the four children of Mr. Rolando
Mingo and Mrs. Emalyn Mingo.
She finished her Primary Education at Cambalo Elementary School. She
completed her secondary education at Cambalo National High School. She
pursued her Senior High School at Cambalo National High School under the
General Academic Strand (GAS).

DIANA A. MINGO

BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Noa R. Roa was born on March 18, 2003 at Silum, Magdiwang, Romblon.
She is the 4th among the seven children of Mr. Catalino Roa and Mrs. Analyn
Roa.
She finished her Primary Education at Cambalo Elementary School. She
completed her Secondary Education at Cambalo National High School. She
pursued her Senior High School at Cambalo National High School under
General Academic Strand (GAS).

Mica R. Mingo was born on August 15, 2002 at Cambalo, Cajidiocan,
Romblon. She is the 8 th among the ten children of Mr. Thomas Mingo and Mrs.
Arcelie Mingo.
She finished her Primary Education at Cambalo Elementary School. She
completed her Secondary Education at Cambalo National High School. She
pursued her Senior High School at Cambalo National High School under
General Academic Strand (GAS).

Christina R. Rivero was born on February 24, 2003 at Cambalo,
Cajidiocan, Romblon. She is the youngest among the seven children of Mr.
Danilo Rivero and Mrs. Marcita Reviro.
She finished her Primary Education at Cambalo Elementary School. She
completed her Secondary Education at Cambalo National High School. She
pursued her Senior High School at Cambalo National High School under
General Academic Strand (GAS).

Reynaldo R. Boton Jr. was born on January 06, 2001 at Taguilos,
Cajidiocan, Romblon. He is the 4th among the six children of Mr. Reynaldo Boton
Sr. and Mrs. Fely Boton.
He finished his Primary Education at Taguilos Elementary School. He
completed his Secondary Education at Taguilos National High School. He
pursued his Senior High School at Cambalo National High School under General
Academic Strand (GAS).

Vincent R. Mallo was born on October 23, 2000 at Cambalo, Cajidiocan,
Romblon. He is the 1st among the three children of Mr. Noel Mallo and Mrs.
Susana Mallo.
He finished his Primary Education at Cambalo Elementary School. He
completed his Secondary Education at Cambalo National High School. He
pursued his Senior High School at Cambalo National High School under General
Academic Strand (GAS).

VINCENT R. MALLO

Haru R. Gutierrez was born on November 16, 1996 at Marigondon,
Cajidiocan, Romblon. He is the 10th among twelve children of Mr. Oscar
Gutierrez and Mrs. Felilanie Gutierrez.
He finished his Primary Education at Marigondon Elementary School. He
completded his Secondary Education at Cambalo National High School. He
pursued his Senior High School at Cambalo National High School under General
Academic Strand (GAS).

John Reymond C. Rabino was born on July 07, 2002 at Cambalo,
Cajidiocan, Romblon. He is the 2nd among the four children of Mr. Edgar Rabino
and Mrs. Sheryl Rabino.
He finished his Primary Education at cambalo Elementary School. He
completed his Secondary Education at Cambalo National High School. He
pursued his Senior High School at Cambalo National high School under General

BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Rina G. Moreno was born on October 5,2000 at Otod San Fernando
Romblon. She is the 6 th among the seven children of Mr. Romeo Genvia and
Mrs. Anita Moreno.She finished her primary Education at San Fernando
Elementary School.
She obtained her Secondary Education at CAmbalo National High School under
General Academic Strand (Gas).
