Sweet Flavour Ice Candy is committed to uniformly provide convenience and
high customer satisfaction for its customers offering flavor at an affordable
price. It suits the tastes and cravings of people at any age and gender
allowing them to have their “sweet needs” satisfied in one single purchase.

A. Innovativeness
Sweet Flavour Ice Candy business in not so new in today’s market. Ice candy
business is indeed a profitable business because we can operate the business
with our friends and even classmates. It is a business that would not take
much of our time. Today, many businesses or entrepreneurs make their own
strategies or think new and unique ideas to lead the market. The concept of
“innovativeness” plays an important role to achieve the competitive
advantage of one business to another.

Our business is best when it comes to customers’ taste preference and at the
same time affordable price. Sweet Flavour Ice Candy business introduces the
flavor like buko pandan.

It can also be the process of doing some service or action in a new way. In

Our buko pandan ice candy is an inexpensive way to beat the heat or to
simply enjoy a dessert. This one is very easy to make, and its selling process is
convenient as we only have to store them inside a freezer. It doesn’t also cost
much to prepare them, which doubles our profit.

water, and a reliable freezer.

This company plans to implement its business this year 2023, it was planned at
March in the same year by our group members that will take part in running the
business.

stay on top of their game if they sell a variety of candies, chewing gums,
chocolates, etc from several manufacturers within and outside the United
States, especially if they offer their products at relatively low prices compared
to their competitors.

Description of the Business


Ice Candy Buko Pandan is a business that specializes in producing and selling
a refreshing and delicious frozen dessert called ice candy, which is made with
the flavors of buko (young coconut) and pandan (a tropical plant known for
its fragrant leaves).

The ice candy is made by mixing together buko juice, pandan extract, sugar,
and other ingredients, then pouring the mixture into small plastic bags and
freezing them until they solidify. Customers can then purchase the ice candy
and enjoy it as a cool and refreshing treat on a hot day.

providing a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. We believe in using natural and
locally-sourced ingredients to produce our products, and in creating a brand
that is synonymous with quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Our
ultimate goal is to expand our business nationally and internationally, while
always maintaining our commitment to our customers and our values.

senior high, and they are the major target market

Procedure.

 My Group and I came up with the idea of selling ice candy because it is
now summer and suitable for hot weather. It's not only cheap, but it's also
delicious and sweet.

 After that, we identify who our target market is and how much each of the
necessary ingredients will cost.

 We will now purchase everything we need to make ice candy so that we


can proceeded to the promotion.

 In promotion we choose free sample as a promotion to ensure customers


that our product are high quality and delicious.

 We will calculate the earnings per day to monitor how much we’ve
earned.

 We will also make a back up plan on what will happen or conflict in the
future so that we won’t panic on what will going to happened.
Sales Plan

We estimate the total cost of the ingredients for creating ice


candy. We calculated a total of 180 php (50 php for condensed, 40
php for sugar, 30 php for cornstarch, 30 php for gelatin, and 30
php for coconut). We divide 180 by 7, thus the amount each
member is 25, but I decided to make it 30 so we don't run out of
funds. We planned to create 40 pieces of ice candy in order to
earn 400 php less 180 for capital, with the remaining 220 as profit

Conclusion and Recommendation


Our Buko Pandan ice candy appears to have significant potential for success.
Our product is unique and has the potential to reach a broad audience.
Additionally, the low overhead costs and simple production process will give
us a competitive advantage in the market. To ensure the success of our
business, we need to develop a strong marketing plan that includes social
media and word-of-mouth advertising. Through this strategy, we will be able
to reach and engage with our target audience and build a loyal customer
base. As our business grows, it may be beneficial to consider expanding our
product line to include other types of ice candy flavors and even branching
out into other complementary products to increase our revenue stream.
Overall, we believe that with the right strategy and dedication, our Buko
