Fruit Popsicle Ingredients:

 ¼ cup colored Sago (cooked)

 1 big can Evaporated Milk

 1 small can Condensed Milk

 1 1/2 cups mixed fruits (mango, banana, watermelon, and

pineapples) (drained and reserve syrup)


Fruit Popsicle Procedure:

In cooking sago:

1. Prepare first the water (1 cup) and the uncooked sago pearls.

2. In a pot over medium heat, bring enough water to cover sago pearls to a

boil. Add sago pearls, stir gently and cook for about 10 minutes or until

translucent. Remove from heat, rinse well and drain.

3. In the pot, add boiled sago and enough cold water to cover. Cook over

medium heat, stirring occasionally, and bring to a gentle boil. When

water has boiled for about 6 to 10 minutes, remove from heat, rinse well

and drain.

4. In the pot, add enough cold water to cover sago and again, bring to a

gentle boil. Repeat process until pearls are tender but chewy and

translucent with no white in center. Under cold, running water, rinse

sago a few times to remove excess starch. Allow to cool. Use as needed

or store in simple syrup until ready to use.

Preparing for the Fruit Popsicle:

1. Drain the fruits and mix it in a strainer in a bowl so it may look like fruit

cocktail.

2. In a big bowl combine sweetened condensed milk and fresh or evaporated

milk.

3. Combine with fruits and sago and stir until well blended. Ladle the fruit milk

mixture almost full into ice drop molder.


4. Freeze until partially set, and insert ice drop stick in the center, then Freeze

overnight.

healthy yet affordable food for Fruit Popsicle was made out of fresh fruits. I assure

to serve them a food that is sanitary and hygienically clean. It also has a great effect

especially of the revenue because the profit of the marketed product is greater than

the capital being used.

Students, teachers, and other staffs in school is my target customers as my

market only begin to place in school. This product will easily sold in school especially

snack break because most the students don’t have or bring snack and it is very

affordable and not doubting to buy because it is delicious.

Competitors or other businesses are also a good tool in improving the

business. They inspire you, to help you improve your brand and better serve your

customers. Loyal customers who want to continue utilizing your business will provide

useful feedback around these needs.

Since social media is very trend I will use this as a tool. It can help a lot to

grow the business. I will launch facebook account to promote the Fruit Popsicle

without spending a lot of money to reach people. With these, it is easy to connect

them, updates of the products, and can boost the leads and sales. It gives

opportunities to build trust with customers and develop loyal customers.


In these strategies, it can help to develop my product and also develop the

services in the business that can meet the target market.

As other business always develop their product so I are, for customer


satisfaction. I am planning as my strategy to improve the quality. Open for all
