Analyzing the 4p of salad wrap products

4 P's marketing strategy becomes an important and necessary factor in marketing. The purpose of these 4 p's
is for buyers to know the product to buy it. 4 p's which consists of :
a. Products
Salad is a dish that uses either vegetables or fruits as it’s main ingredients and some types of sauce that
either milk and mayonnaise based, or honey and lemon based as it’s dressing. Salad in Indonesia is also a
common dish which is a good thing that peoples already used to the product and. But because salad is a bit
hard to eat while moving around and lack of variety might made salad consumers get bored, now we
introduce our product “Sal-Walk” which is a type of salad wrap that can be brought and eat almost
everywhere. Salad wrap it self is not a new thing in Indonesia, but still not that commonly sold. Salad wrap
“Sal-Walk” is made by using a basic concept of “healthy and delicious” and also efficiency. Salad that
commonly sold usually uses a bowl type of packaging and require spoon or fork that make it a bit difficult to
eat while doing our activity at the same time which is a problem for people who have to deal with fast pace
activity. By using wrapper for the salad, consumers can easly enjoy their salad while still doing their
activity. For our product, we plan to have some variety of salad including ; fruit, vegies, and chicken salad,
but for the start we will focus on the fruit variant first, and if things go well we can proceed from there.
b. Price
for the price we decided to sell it between 30.000-40.000 rupiah the range is based on the topping, before we
decide the price we're looking at the ingredients. to sell the salad wrap we should make sure the fruit that we
use is clean and fresh to satisfy our customers.
c. Promotion
for the promotion section to focus more on social media, through social media it is certainly easier and
easier for many people to know, we will promote or recommend for people who want a healthy diet because
salads are very helpful and recommend to mothers who want to get used to life by eating healthy foods. Of
course, at the beginning of the opening we made a promo with a buy 1 get 1 purchase.
d. Place
We will sell this salad product through social media such as Instagram, Whatsapp, and other social media
accounts. We even make our own products at home

Target market :
which will be the target market of our products , namely , small children , adults and also the elderly .
because our product is a healthy food, which can be eaten by any age. And other target markets can also be
for dieters who want to reduce the number of servings but still want a healthy diet.
