THE BACKGROUND
In the current era of globalization, the
community's need for food is increasing, especially
among young people who like the interesting culinary
specialties that are accompanied by a place to relax,
tell stories, do assignments and so on. thus creating a
huge business opportunity for culinary food.
Our group 1 innovation will discuss the culinary
project business of Sotang Food, Sotang Food's
popularity is not limited because it does not only taste
good but is also easy to make and can be processed
into a variety of foods and low prices. In addition,
Sotang Food is one of the foods that have high protein
and its quality is equivalent to protein because the
basic ingredients of this food are sausages. This food
is consumed by many people, both children and
adults.

nutritious and protein. This can be consumed by
