Praise and gratitude the author prays to Allah SWT who has given health and
opportunities so that he can complete the Business Proposal for Corn Milk and Cheese
Products. Do not forget to express our gratitude to the parties involved in making this
proposal.

This proposal was made to fulfill the UAS given lecture assignments. Due to limited time
and knowledge in the preparation, the author realizes that this proposal is still far from
perfect, therefore constructive criticism and suggestions from colleagues are needed by
the author for the sake of improving our thinking together.

CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background

Jasuke products or corn milk cheese are snacks originating from West Java and
surrounding areas. Jasuke is a kind of snack made from steamed sweet corn mixed with
milk, cheese and butter.
In addition to considering the ease of processing and manufacturing processes,
Jasuke has the potential to be developed in the area around the campus, because it has an
affordable price for students' pockets.
This snack also has good nutritional content. So it is natural that it is in great
demand and so popular in various circles and all ages. This business aims to provide an
opportunity to develop one's creativity in work, especially in the food sector.

1.2 Goals

The objectives of this Entrepreneurial Product/Activity Business Proposal include:


a) As a requirement to fulfill the entrepreneurship course assignments.
b) To measure the ability of students to become entrepreneurs.
c) Develop students' mindset to be more creative.
d) Adding life experience, especially in the field of entrepreneurship.
e) Can be used as a business opportunity for a side job.

The targets of this Entrepreneurial Business/Activity are all people on campus in


the Witana Harja Building, Faculty of Engineering, Pamulang University, both students,
lecturers and other circles.
CHAPTER II
THEORETICAL BASIS

2.1 Definition and Benefits of Corn

Corn (Zea mays L.) is one of the world's most important food crops, in addition
to wheat and rice. As the main source of carbohydrates in Central and South America,
corn is also an alternative food source in the United States. Residents of several regions
in Indonesia (eg in Madura and Nusa Tenggara) also use corn as a staple food.
Corn is an annual crop. One life cycle is completed in 80-150 days. The first half
of the cycle is the vegetative growth stage and the second half is the generative growth
stage.
Many food and non-food products are made from corn, such as corn flour,
cornstarch, corn oil, corn syrup, ethanol and various snacks.
The health benefits of corn are numerous because it is a rich source of fiber and is rich in
essential nutrients.
The ingredients contained in it have the ability to protect our bodies from
various diseases. More specifically, the health benefits of corn are for diabetes,
prevention of heart disease, hypertension and prevention of neural tube defects at birth.

2.2 Product Specification


Jasuke's product is a sweet corn product that is packaged in a cup. Jasuke is one
of the snacks that is nutritious, delicious and has many flavors according to consumer
desires. Jasuke's basic ingredient is steamed sweet corn.
As a complementary ingredient, this sweet corn uses butter to add a savory taste
to the sweet corn. Jasuke has benefits as a healthy snack. Jasuke is a fairly filling and
nutritious snack.

METHODOLOGY
3.1 Product Manufacturing Method
How to make jasuke products is quite easy and simple, the tools and materials
can be found easily. Here are the tools and materials needed as well as the steps in
making jasuke.

3.1.1 Tools and Materials


Tools and materials needed to make jasuke include:
a. Bowl
b. Sweet corn
c. Knife
d. Margarine
e. Steaming pot
f. Sweetened condensed milk
g. Glass cups for serving
h. Cheese
i. Stove
j. Spoon

3.1.2 How to make


1. First of all, the sweet corn is washed with clean water.
2. then peel the corn from the cob and steam for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
3. After steaming, immediately mix the corn with margarine, then stir until evenly
distributed.
4. Next, put the corn in a bowl or serving glass, give the grated cheese and then pour the
sweetened white condensed milk according to taste.
5. Jasuke is ready to eat.

3.2 Packaging Design


This snack is recommended to use heat-resistant paper cups to be safer when
compared to plastic or Styrofoam cups. Apart from being cheap and lightweight, other
advantages of using paper cups are also environmentally friendly and easy to decompose.

4.1 Conclusion
According to the market survey results that have been carried out, it is likely that
this business will develop and achieve success. Although there are many competitors who
sell this sweet corn, they are very optimistic that this business will develop and give very
promising hope.
For this reason, it is necessary to have totality in developing this cheese milk
corn business, not to never give up with all the obstacles and obstacles that may occur at
any time. Running this business requires stability and tenacity in running it and is serious
about managing this business as best as possible.

4.2 Suggestions
In any business we must have high creativity, so that it can attract the attention
of consumers to want to buy our products. We must also pay attention to people's interest
in the development of our products. From the business proposal, this product is expected
to run smoothly, as expected and attracts a lot of consumers.

Thus, I made this proposal as a guideline in business management, and a


benchmark for business success. I hope the sweet corn business that I founded can be
successful.
