INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background

Belanak Junction stands for “Banana dipped delicious” Junction. So the concept of this
business is a place for students to stop buy a snack in the form of fried bananas. But fried
bananas are not interesting because it is commonly found in regional areas, especially the
Sumedang area.
Banana raw material used is banana kepok. This selection because the texture of this
banana is more chewy than the type of banana so that when served, has a unique taste. Source
Raw materials are obtained from the Sumedang market and cake ingredient shops in the city
area Sumedang. Sumednag as the center of bananas makes this place not too difficult in
search of kepok bananas. As for the source of supporting raw materials such as cheese,
meises and milk obtained from the grocery store cake in the city of sumedang. So overall for
raw material no difficulty in getting it
The issue of food, especially unhealthy fried foods, has been spreading lately such as the
use of plastic in the frying process causes increasing consumer awareness of similar foods.
Effort This guarantees that the resulting product is free from these problems. This matter
because the frying process is carried out after the consumer orders so that they can see for
themselves the process. This product is served in warm state.
In addition to the problems above, the level of student consumption of fruit is relatively
low. This is due to the nature of the fruit that rots easily so that students cannot buy in large
quantities because they have to stored in the refrigerator, while students who have these
facilities the least. Therefore, this junction offers an alternative to fruit consumption stay
healthy and nutritious

2.2 Produstion process

To make this Banana Cheese product, there are several steps which must be done.
The most important step is to choose bananas. The best quality to be used as raw materials.
Meanwhile, to make it follow these steps:
1. Bananas that have been selected, peeled and cut into obliques.
2. Heat a Teflon pan and add oil.
3. Fry ripe bananas until brown.
4. Remove and arrange into several parts, grate cheese on top, flush with sweetened
condensed milk, chocolate meises and cheese.
5. Banana Cheese is ready to be served.

2.3 Marketing

For the marketing of this product, we only make a small amount. Precisely in
Sumedang youth high school. Every week we only sell 11 packs of Banana Cheese. Each
pack costs IDR 6,000

2.4 Profit and Loss Calculation

 Capital : Rp. 62.000


 Amount of production : 11 pcs
 Selling price : Rp. 6.000
 Turnover: Rp. 6.000 x 11 pcs = Rp. 66.000
 Profit : Turnover– Capital = Rp. 66.000 – Rp. 62.000 = Rp. 4000

CLOSING

3.1 Conclusion

Based on the results of the research that the author did, it can be taken the following
conclusions:
Chocolate cheese fried banana is a banana fruit processing that develop a traditional food,
namely fried bananas that are already popular in society. In the production process,
entrepreneurs combine chocolate, cheese and milk into the fried bananas. This business is
managed by entrepreneurs in the form of small businesses whose entire production process
rely on human labor.
