From the survey We found that this

project work for conserve and

Information obtained
From the collection of information,
Production teams can know that Ruang
tong Peanut Sesame Snack occupation
group was founded in 1993. By only Mrs.
Duangjai Titklang and Mrs. Kwanjit
Khitklang create it only for sale in the
community. Later in 1999 has established
a group, Which its members are people

in Ruang village and nearby villages. By

studying how to do more from Phimai
District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
Mrs. Kwanjit Khitklang said In the first
year the group is intended for spend their
free time after harvest to raise money ,
Or to provide unemployed individuals
and elderly people have a job. Has
partnership brings together 50 THB
apiece in the first year. Supply raw
material on the fresh food market,
Because most areas in the villages was
used to make rice paddy-based. So they
are work together and sold in this system
till to 2003.
And in 2003, the group has registered
as OTOP products. Thereby enabling
them to participate sold in provincial
level, regional and nationally, Make
during the that year people know Ruang
tong Peanut Sesame Snack more and
more, Make Business more prosperous,
And in that year, The group has passed
select by Committee OTOP Natoinally in
3 Stars level. So business of Ruang tong
Peanut Sesame Snack occupation group
has booming continue. Can explained in
graph form as follows.

Nowadays, Ruang tong Peanut Sesame

Snack group has developed a variety of
products more. By adopting other grains,
Such as Sunflower seeds, Cashew nuts to
co-produce is a products. Therefore
nowadays, Ruang tong Peanut Sesame
Snack group have all its members 64
persons, And is supported by several
parties as well.
In addition, Ruang tong Peanut Sesame
Snack group also taught how to do
Peanut Sesame Snack to Production
teams, Which not difficult to do and can
be done by have steps and ingredients as
follows.

The process of making Peanut

Sesame Snack.
Ingredients

How to do
1. Boil water in a saucepan, wait for

syrup, stew let it is yellow. It takes
about 45 minutes
2. Added Roasted peanut. Stirring well
with sugar
3. Pouring down on a pad with roasted
sesame. Roll stick together. And cut
in pieces with knives packing and
tightly closed.

Ruang tong Peanut Sesame Snack
occupation group founded over 20 years
ago. Its purpose in the first year is for
spend their free time to raise money, But
later, By study how to do from Phimai
District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province,
And brought it to applied. As a result, the
business grow up. Until was chosen as
the OTOP Product of the Nongnguluem
Subdistrict, And awards many other.
Nowadays, Ruang tong Peanut Sesame
Snack occupation group have all its
members 64 persons. By have received
support from several parties as well.
There are also many of products to
choose such as White sesame bar, Black
sesame bar, Peanut and white sesame
bar etc. Which can be purchased general
in Nakhon Ratchasima province, And
Other places that sell OTOP products.
