FOREWORD
We praise God Almighty for the blessings of His mercy and grace that we
can still feel today, so that we are facilitated in every step, especially in the
preparation of business planning proposals and can complete this modified
regional food business submission proposal very well with the company name
FOODYTENKS very well and smoothly, so it is possible to continue and be
approved by the P5 field teacher.
The author is also very grateful to the people who have helped in drafting this
proposal, for that the author would like to thank you:
1. Dra. Hj. Nurlaely, M. Pd as the principal of SMA Negeri 3 Depok who has given
permission to the author to make and work on this proposal very well
3. Parents who always pray, support and fund this proposal preparation activity that is

We took the name FOODYTENKS because, we are bull inspired, because bull brave
because this sense of courage is what makes our group brave or confident to sell our products

BUSINESS PLANNING
A. Marketing Mix
Marketing Mix is a strategy carried out in marketing where there is a
combination of elements that occur and is carried out in an integrated manner with
the aim is to achieve the goals targeted by the author. At least the 4Ps that become
elements of the marketing mix include:
1. Product
ATENK (Ayam Banteng) is one of the snacks such as shilin chicken. The
texture is juicy because it is made of chicken and flour usually uses
toppings of spices such as spicy, cheese, and grilled corn.
PUTENK (Bull Pudding) is one of the snacks, pudding given fla which
has a sweet taste image that makes you happy.
MARTENK (Marjan Banteng) is one of the sweet drinks that has a fresh
basil seed topping and makes your throat fresh.
2. Price
The price we provide has been greatly adjusted to market prices and
competitive prices where the author sets a price of Rp. 13,000, and there
are also drinks sold at Rp. 5,000
3. Promotion
The promotion that the author will do is to upload the author's
business, namely foodytenk, to social media as well as promote word of
mouth.
4. Place
Produk is sold in schools and outside, and PO in online.

B. Business Opportunity Analysis
The development of the business world is currently progressing quite
rapidly, but the level of competition is quite tight, in addition to the emergence of
many new types of products, which have one common goal, namely the desire to
be able to produce quality products and can provide satisfaction for customers or
consumers and obtain large profits. Analysis here is needed to determine whether
the business carried out now is feasible enough in terms of business in the sense
that it can be widely marketed but can be accepted by all circles of society.
Analysis was also carried out using SWOT as follows:
1. Strength
In this business has Strengths (Strengths), among others:
1) The taste of food is good and suitable on the tongue of Indonesians.
3. Opportunity
Despite the weaknesses, this product has great opportunities in
Indonesian society. Although there are many products or snacks such as
shilin chicken, sometimes these snacks are rarely found and difficult to find
among the public
4. Threats
However, great opportunities also do not rule out the possibility that
the product that the author is trying to present there are various threats that
exist where these threats can be threats from internal parties or from
external parties.

C. Process of Making ATENK ( Bull Chicken )
The tools and materials used for making ATENK are very diverse and the
author really prioritizes using premium materials to support the good quality in
making the author's ATENK. The necessary ingredients are as follows:
Flour 1 Kg
Salt 1 Pack

Tools needed in manufacturing:
Step 1
Cut the chicken into squares, then marinate the chicken for 60 minutes
Step 2
Combine wheat flour, salt, flavoring with water, mix well and then prepare dry
wheat flour.
Step 3
Then put the chicken into wet flour, then spread it to dry flour
Step 4
Heat the oil then add the chicken until submerged in oil then fry for 10
minutes cook until golden brown after that remove and drain, then ready to serve
D. Administrative purposes
In this proposal, the author also attaches some administrative needs needed
in the smooth use of the type of business that the author is trying to run. These
tools include notebooks, cash outflow books, digital calculators, pens, notes or
thermal printers and store labels.
