CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION

This project is the part of entrepreneurship program adapted from one of Penguatan
Profil Pelajar Pancasila Projects where some products are initiated based on the background
observed. The background and the objective of the project are discussed further in this
chapter.

1.1 Background of the Project

In the era of globalization, the world of education is growing so that with the
development of this education can improve the quality of human resources. As students, we
must be able to follow the development of education. In order to be able to compete in
achieving success and success in the business world. For this reason, in mastering an
education, it is not necessary to only master theory, but direct practice will guarantee its
success. Here we intend to actualize theory and practice in the form of business activities that
always want to compete with other businesses for profit. In relation to the "BUSINESS
PLAN" as young Indonesians, we cannot be separated from modern dishes, aesthetic
presentation, and practical packaging. Now that it has become a never-ending issue from time
to time, they are more likely to choose western cuisine/food

1.2 Objective of the Project

The objectives of our “Business Plan” entrepreneurial business activities are to increase our
knowledge on planning the establishment of a business and also training ourselves to be able
to live independently and skillfully enter the business world in the community.

Also we are doing this as a form of application that has been obtained in the field of
entrepreneurship and also make western dishes that are liked by teenagers today, but with a
lot of ingredients available in Indonesia.
CHAPTER II

2.3 Marketing Management

2.3.1 Marketing Target

The main target of our sales are all teachers, all staff, and all students of Pondok Modern Al-
Rifai’ie 2. In addition, our marketing target also aimed at people who are outside Pondok
Modern Al Rifai’ie 2. We will market the products we sell by providing good and satisfying
service, providing discounts and continuing to introduce our products that will continue to
develop with the best quality. We also accept orders for customers to be satisfied and become
our loyal customers.

2.3.2 Marketing Strategy

We are using “Buy 3 Get 1 Free” technique. We use this promo technique so that the
customers interested and want to buy our products. In addition, using promotion techniques,
we also distributed interesting brochures to all our marketing target. We also uploaded an
interesting brochure via Instagram, so people outside of Modern Boarding School Al-Rifai’ie
2 can know about our bazaar.

2.4 Mathematical Modelling

For this, we are using variable A for the profit Oryza Balls and variable B for the profit for our Hydro
Flow. The coefficient will be the number of products sold from our bazaar.

The profit of each product A will be the variable α and the profits of each product B will be
the variable β. The number of the products will be sold is the coefficient. If the profit for
product A is Rp 2.000,00 and the profit for product B is Rp 2.500,00, the equation that can be
generated to count the total profits will be obtained from the selling is:

Total profit = 100 α + 100 β

By solving this equation, the value of the total profit obtained from the selling will be
acquired.
CHAPTER III

3.1 ORYZA BALLS (Rice Balls)

Rice Balls came in different varieties depending on the culture of each area. Their names are also
