Executive Summary
As innovation keeps rising in our generation today, we the management of Fruitealicious
innovates a more healthy milk tea by creating a different flavor of a milk tea. A fruit flavored
milk tea that is made by real fruit juice with a twist of adding milk tea and putting the flavored
milk tea in a buko jar that is made from the buko shell.

Fruitealicious is a unique milk tea shop that provides a friendly and healthy living atmosphere
that welcomes a health conscious person for trying our milk tea.

Fruitealicious is not a typical milk tea shop where people buy milk teas and hangout. This shop
opens the eyes of a healthy conscious people that there are other ways for trying milk tea in a
more healthy way. We want to promote innovation in creating a fruit flavored milk tea in a buko
jar made from buko shell for health conscious and environmentalist people so they can live
healthy and reduces plastic without skipping what the world innovates for you.

Trying milk tea that contains big amount of sugar is a problem that health conscious people faced
because of their perception living and staying healthy. We come up with providing them a
healthy milk tea that has the flavor of fruits for a reasonable price in a good atmosphere.

Fruitealicious is innovating a mix flavor of milk tea that is made from fresh real juice of fruits as
we the management wants to welcome the healthy fruit flavored milk tea to health conscious
people. Fruitealicious also come up with the idea of using a buko jar that is made from buko
shell as part of innovating a product. Fruitealicious also gives works and provides work for our
employees.

What would your company like to do in the future?
Fruitealicious is open for innovation and suggestion of other flavors of milk tea. Fruitealicious is
also thinking the possibility of creating a fruit flavored tea that is good for the health.
Fruitealicious also thinking of expanding the business in the future. Fruitealicious also see that
using buko jar as a cup for milk tea may help reduce of using of plastic cups and plastic in a milk
tea business.

What is your brand identity?


Fruitealicious is a unique fruit flavored milk tea that is made from pure and fresh fruit juice with
the addition of milk tea. Fruitealicious is unique in a way that we served our fruit flavored milk
tea in a buko jar with a bamboo straw that is made from bamboo. Fruitealicious is also a health
conscious drink for health conscious people that are onto milk teas.
What is your culture?
Fruitealicious is not an ordinary milk tea shop as we open the mind and perception of our target
market to try having milk tea that is healthier that regular milk tea. Fruitealicious also believes
their stand as the target market should try living more healthy and opens for a good and cool
atmosphere.

Fruitealicious was establish as the management has seen that nowadays in our generation most
people find themselves wanted to try lifestyles like healthy living. Fruitealicious management
innovates and upgrade the flavors of milk tea in a more healthy flavors and how milk tea is
served.
Fruitealicious is uniquely different from other milk tea shops as we are serving fruit flavored
milk tea made from real fruit juice. Fruitealicious also come up with the idea of using the buko
shell and made buko jar from that to serve our fruit flavored milk tea. It is unique as we know
lots of people are being conservative in the food they take and people also tend to care in our
environment that makes the management come up with the idea of innovating a jar made from
buko shell and creating new flavors of milk tea.
Fruitealicious provide a healthy milk tea for health conscious people that are also milk tea lovers
at the same time, benefits can be taken from this milk tea as they don’t have to think ill about the
milk tea they are in taking because fruitealicious makes sure that every ingredients are fresh and
healthy.

Target Market
Fruitealicious target markets are health conscious people who are afraid or restrict themselves for
trying milk tea as it contains lot of sugar. The target market fruitealicious sees is female and male
ranging from ages 15-50 years old who likes drinking milk tea but at the same time conservative
with their health. Fruitealicious is also looking forward for possible target customer who likes
milk tea. Fruitealicious is also open for target customers who has diabetic and likes to try our
fruit flavored milk tea while thinking about their disease. We are also looking forward to cater
possible target market in the future.

Marketing 4’Ps
a. Product
There are many variations of Fruitealicious with a wide range of ingredients. Most recipes
contain a base of tea which is mixed or shaken with fruit and milk. Ice blended versions of the
tea are usually mixed with fruit or fruit syrup, resulting in a slushy consistency. Chewy tapioca
balls also known as bubbles/Boba are often added, while there are many other toppings. This
allows the company to encourage customers to search for their favorite flavor and also satisfies

each consumer needs. Not only that, Fruitealicious offered healthy bubble drinks with the mix of
nutritional sachet such as collagen, antioxidants, protein and energy.

b. Price
The price shows the affordable and high quality of the Fruitealicious beverage. Besides,
Fruitealicious trying to avoid competing price with their competitors that’s way its selling prices
is by the same range that their rivals. There are five major stakeholders that affect pricing such as
Consumers, Governments, Suppliers, Distributors and Competitors. Fruitealicious must be able
to make a balance between the stakeholders to get a profitable income developed by the price of
the products, government will put a select price for the tea applying price fixing, price
discrimination, minimum price, and many more, consumers are the most important part in this
part while pricing taking in count that they’re the ones who are buying the products but will pay
a certain price and the way to know what price consumers are able to pay we must make sources
and campaigns to know a little bit more of the consumers.

c. Place
Fruitealicious is normally situated in central shopping areas, hypermarket or even across
highway. By selecting this location, the Fruitealicious is looking for being in areas of high foot
traffic where they can be conveniently shopped. Fruitealicious hopes to encourage customers to
buy tea while they are shopping. Besides, their strategies always to open kiosk or outlet.

d. Promotion
Fruitealicious uses different promotional elements such us:
•Personal selling: Fruitealicious use our personal employees’ interaction to sample the products
and to educate its costumers about the teas that we sell. Employees make recommendations to
consumers who are looking for to try new flavors. This experience will give us a competitive
advantage among competitors.

•Social networks: The main means of promotion of the “Breakthrough” is through our online
social networks such as Facebook and Instagram. In other words, either big or small their
breakthrough moments define them.
