Jed Lester Perez, Chief Operating Officer
He is currently studying at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas as a
STEM student. He is an aspiring chemical engineer who loves innovation. He is a
consistent honor student; he graduated as their class valedictorian in elementary,
completed junior high school with high honors, and running for graduation honors in
senior high school. He is a person who has good leadership skills, analytical skills, and
management skills. He is willing to take on risk; courageous and resilient enough who
knows that doing this can lead to exponential growth or can fail dramatically. These
have led him to be elected by the board and stakeholders as The House of Citrus
Medica's chief executive officer.
Ethel Joy Hernandez, Marketing Manager
She is currently a STEM student at Lyceum of the Philippines University-
Batangas. She graduated as a first honorable mention in elementary and salutatorian in
junior high school. She is an aspiring mechanical engineer; she is a hard worker who is
eager to learn. She has a strong positive attitude and a quick learner. She loves
mathematics and computational solving. Now, she is the Marketing Manager of The
House of Citrus Medica.

Gabriel Marquez, Operation Manager


He is a student of Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, taking STEM
strand. He is an athlete during his elementary days. He placed 1st in badminton and
champion in soccer. He has good leadership skills, communication skills and is willing to
give time and effort to work. He is one of the Operation Officers of The House of Citrus
Medica.

Ivan Kiel Tarcelo, Operation Manager


He is studying at Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas currently taking
a STEM strand. He is an achiever back in elementary and used to become the Athlete
of the Year. He loves joining pageant competitions in school and received a lot of
awards. He has good leadership and communication skills. Now he is also one of the
Operation officers of The House of Citrus Medica.

Jashmeire Macaraig, Financial Manager


She is a STEM student at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas. She
graduated as their class valedictorian in elementary and moved up with honors in junior
high school. She likes mathematics. She loves solving problems and can work
independently. She also has good interpersonal skills and organizational skills making
her fit the job as financial manager of The House of Citrus Medica.

Jerwin Panganiban, Financial Manager


He is a student of Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas who is taking
STEM strand. He is an achiever during elementary, bagging 3rd place in the Metrobank-
MTAP-DepEd Math Challenge. He has good leadership skills, communication skills, and
mathematical proficiency. His mother was an entrepreneur that is why he would like to
follow in her footsteps. Now, he is one of the financial managers of The House of Citrus
Medica.

Janna Marie De Ocampo, Human Resource Manager


She is also a STEM student in the Lyceum of the Philippines University
Batangas. She became an honor in elementary and an achiever in junior high school.
She used to compete in chess competitions and win a lot of awards. She has good
analytical skills and can follow directions easily and accurately. Currently, she is the
Human Resource Manager at The House of Citrus Medica.

Who is in charge of what and how are major decisions made (or will be made)?
The only one who has full power in the company is the one in charge of it. He
holds all those who will work and all those who will still work. That person is the CEO of
the company who rotates with his teams to see all the workers. It is no joke to be the
CEO of a company because there is so much work. All decisions of workers and
associates must first be approved by him because he is the one who manages the
overall operations and resources of a company.

Who is mentoring the Key Team Members?


The person who mentors the key team members is Mr. Macson Anthony
Macaraig.

Describe his background.


The mentor of the entrepreneurs is their subject teacher in Entrepreneurship. He
is an aspiring entrepreneur with a good mind in business. He is also an owner of several
local businesses.
