History of The Company


Planet Juice is born through the need to bring healthy health, without the need for
artificial flavors, What we mean is that because natural juices are an essential
source for human development and growth lately are being processed, but we will
make a difference.
Planet juice also cares not only about your health, we also care about your well-
being, we worry that you will be given a good deal employed client. With everything
and everything we strive to make your life healthier.
The idea of this wonderful company is based on the need to undertake for
oneself and having the help of others to make a healthier life.

The idea of business was born after observing from a few months ago the behavior
of potential consumers in one of the largest companies in the country in the
hydrocarbons sector. Different employees chose to order fruits, yogurt, natural
orange juice, among other breakfast foods once they were in their workplace. In
addition, a person outside the company passed through each of the floors offering
snacks and drinks in the morning hours, meeting the needs of the employees.

This market has been selected as a business opportunity as society currently


follows an active and accelerated lifestyle that often does not allow it to feed
healthily and meet the necessary nutritional requirements.

Introductory aspects
1. Introduction

This project is developed, for satisfaction and understanding, as it is hoped to


guarantee the needs and desires of consumers, by producing a special juice for
each with natural and fresh fruits for satisfaction.
To start the production of a natural juice, a study is carried out to know which
are the preferred fruits of the public, which are allergic, etc.
This work is to imply that 100% natural juices are much needed for several
centuries for the production of large companies, to acquire this knowledge and that
it is needed to produce the product in a healthy and simple way to keep our
consumers at ease.
In addition to the production of our juice is carried out a preliminary analysis of
the market where the properties and conditions of future fruits for the manufacture
of the product are identified, giving great importance to topics such as time: that
time must be taken to have no digestion problems, preferred brands when buying
more recognized juices, among others. Conclusions are drawn from such an
analysis and objectives are set.
Once the best formulation of the juice has been determined, the entire
fermentation and organic analysis process will be carried out, to ensure that the
basic requirements of a natural juice for the health care of the consumption are
met.

2.Executive Summary
In view of the trend towards a healthier life, the consumption of natural foods, the
impulse to carry out activities beneficial to the human body and the growth of
products aimed at the generation of well-being and personal health care, the idea
of business is born to create a company dedicated to offering products that
promote these trends.

Planet Juice. it is a company responsible for the production of mixtures of natural


fruit juices, without preservatives, without additives and without added water, from
the cold pressing method. In order to maximize the amount of nutrients in its juices
and to guarantee the original properties of the fruits. Aimed at people who work
and live in the city of Santo Domingo who wish to consume natural drinks, adapted
to their lifestyle and / or need, promoting a healthy lifestyle and generating well-
being in customers.
The business model was developed through homes mainly, with the purpose of
sending the end customer the product offering comfort, guaranteeing the good
condition of the products and creating a relationship of trust with the consumer.

3. Glossary of Terms and Abbreviations

• Antioxidant properties: "are substances capable of protecting cells from the


effects of free radicals (molecules produced when the body degrades food or by
environmental exposure to tobacco smoke and radiation). Free radicals can
damage cells and increase the risk of some diseases (heart disease, cancer, etc.)."

• Juice: "fruit-based beverages with a higher fruit content in the final product than a
nectar or soft drink."

• Vitamin: "they are heterogeneous compounds with no energy value that cannot
be synthesized by the body, so it can only obtain them through direct ingestion.
Vitamins are life-essential nutrients as are proteins, carbohydrates and minerals.
Not taking enough vitamins can seriously harm our health, causing diseases
known as deprivation."
4. Product importance
From the beginning the lives that human beings feel the need for others to
be able to survive in the world around us, being part of the primary social group
that understands the family with what has a close bond that will accompany all life,
but it is also the one that will provide the first care related to food that helps to
develop the organism in addition to the shelter and hygiene that allows life in
society.

Natural juices are quick to assimilate and absorb, natural juices are an excellent
source of vitamins and minerals, especially beta carotenes, vitamin C and
potassium. With the help of vitamins – A, E and C-, the body fights free radicals.

We can also say that natural juices are the best option to refresh, nourish and give
vitality to our body. The best thing is that we can make them ourselves and with a
wide range of flavors.

The reason for this project is based on meeting the needs of consumers who prefer
the natural, since this product brings benefits both to the health and development
of our body.
Our company is highly concerned about the health of consumers that is why we
launch this product that is 100% natural, free of sugars, preservatives and artificial
flavors, because, although they are immediately consumed do not lose their
nutritional properties.

6. Methodology for the Business Plan approach


With regard to the development of the proposed Business Plan, it was divided into
two phases. The first phase includes the current state in which the company is
located, the achievements achieved so far, all those activities that were carried out
and the restrictions that were taken when implementing each strategy and
initiative. On the other hand, the second phase 6 contains all those steps to follow
to continue the growth of the company, what actions will be carried out later and
why.

7. Focus and design


The design of the research is quantitative, because statistical data are used, to
draw the corresponding conclusions to the feasibility of the study carried out.

Type of research
The type of research to be carried out will be descriptive, because the guidelines to
be followed for the realization of the project will be released in detail, as well as the
description of the points to be investigated during the project realization process,
such as: the Green Bar profile, market characteristics, supply and demand, among
