Choco Mango Graham Balls are sweet desserts or treats you can munch all day. This
favorite sweet treat is made up of chocolate, crushed grahams, dried mango, all-purpose cream
and condensed milk. You will love this cute treat that is for someone who has sweet tooth and
also has ha healthy personality.

B. Service
The products well be offered in different barangays in Dipolog City depending on where
the assigned personnel is currently living. The will be sold with a cold temperature and
affordable price, the cold temperature is a will give a better impression to the products
personality and deliciousness.

This type of business has its formulated limits and boundaries in terms of its size. Based
on the market place of the business and the number of possible costumer in the area, we produce
products that are enough to sell. Especially to achieve the target income.

Department. The entrepreneurs have different experiences when it comes to starting and running
a business like having a Sari-sari store at home selling snacks at school during elementary days.
The experiences and skills of the entrepreneurs were collaborated to form creative ideas ready to
start up a small short term business.

A. Manufacturing Process

B. Physical Plant
Our business is a short term business so big time buildings are not yet realized instead,
our product is being displayed in a sari-sari sari store where the target costumer used to hang out.
The production utilized kitchen equipment like mixing bowl, spoon, pans, plates, trays, and
containers.

C. Machinery Equipment
The production process of the product were done manually and ensured with proper
hygiene and sanitation of equipment, cleanliness of raw materials, and hygienic personality of
the personnel. The business does not possess machineries but used available kitchen utensils
enough to execute the production process and product good products.

D. Names of Suppliers of Raw Materials


The raw materials and ingredients like dried mango, crushed grahams, all-purpose cream,
condensed milk, desiccated coconut, sprinkles and chocolate were all bought from the grocery
store which is the VALLECERS.

The market survey results, show that majority of the respondents have the capacity and
are interested to purchase and try the products offered. The pricing is based on the original cost
that could be incurred in each of the production with a certain percentage of mark-up of the cost
cover overhead expenses. Furthermore, the prices of the product are really set within Php 5 – 10
price bracket to meet the desire of the potential customers.

Choco Mango Graham Balls are treats made convenient to the costumers because it is
located near a sari-sari s store where a costumers used to hang out, other are displayed outside
the house of the personnel, some are displayed at school for students, and others accessing the
online world. The purpose of the said distribution is for costumers easily buy and enjoy the treats
whether they are with their families, friends, or special someone. And we insure that our
products is safe, delicious and healthy.

Like any other businesses, a new one needs to be advertised and promoted. Using the
social media will be a big advantage in promoting the sweet treat products. People are more into
finding sweet good delicacies and services in social media, and they can share it to their friends
which are more helpful.

Krissean Grace Quintero (Manager)- responsible for overseeing and supervising a business’s
activities and personnel. Small businesses like ours, the business manager keep personnel aligned
with the goals of the company. In a small company, the manager might either own the company.

John Rubert N. Amamangpang (Assistant Manager)- generally helps a manager keep a


company or store running smoothly by taking on some managerial tasks. Familiar with all
aspects of a manager’s job and be ready to assume that role in a manager’s absence. This would
include completing reports that would be submitted to the manager upon his/her return.

Jenny Tulabing (Seller)- responsible for initiating sales conversations and making the selling
process easy for customers. They work in various settings.
