1. Vision-Our vision is to serve the best ingredients for the customers and to be known
with this product with our hard work and dedication to our business also to become
the customer’s first choice and one of the famous pastillas in the field of candies.
2. Mission-To provide the best quality pastillas with an affordable price and
continuously improve allaspects of the business in order to sustain the long term
success of the customers and entrepreneurs by making enough profit to finance
continuous growth and development in quality products.
3.Objectives
1.To have good financial returns.
2.To make the customers happy with the variety of pastillas they can choose from.
3.To make the workers of the company happy and satisfied with their jobs.
4.To expand the business outside Quezon Province.

Our target market is the students and teachers of Brgy. Pahinga Sur Sitio Arpia and
Sitio Kanluran in different demographics life,stage,age and gender and those who love
eating sweet food especially pastillas.Nowadays, Millennial loves eating sweet food and
they like something new in their eyes and our product is suited in the market because of
having a twist. Our product is not only for a single person but it is available for sharing.

-First I put 2cups of skimmed milk and then I followed 1/2 powdered milk and 1/2

everyone can avail it. The promotion of our product is by introducing it in social
media and also by recommending it to our friends or relatives

For the promotion,we allotted money for posters but we will just make it small and
simple since we are just starting and our product is not that classy.Besides we can also
endorse it through social networking sites like Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.In this
case,we can make savings to be used for future store.

Many people love pastillas because it is very handy; you can eat and buy it in
souvenir shops.
f. Packaging
For the packaging use plastic and then tie the plastic tip after will be affixed with a
sticker logo.
g. Positioning
Pastillas with love is different from other pastillas made up of skimmed milk,buko
pandan,ube condensed milk and sugar.
