The material in this section is an introduction to the firm.

A. Company Background

Cake ala banana started in the year 2021. A group of people composed of Mr.
Aaron Jan Garcia, Mr. Glenrey Madrid , started the business. Cake ala banana is a
business that offers unique and flavorful banana cakes. The establishment and launching
of the business is a milestone for the company.

Cake ala banana elected Mr. Aaron Garcia to perform the duties of a General manager
which is to direct and manage the business activities, and develop and implement
effective business strategies and programs. His duty would include allocating budget
resources, formulating policies, monitoring and motivating staff,managing operational
costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging
with vendors, hiring and training employee, identifying business opportunities and
monitoring financial activities. On the other hand, the organization elected Ms. Glenrey
Madrid as the store manager or the store supervisor. The organization believed to the
capability of Mr. Madrid to improve customers satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals.
In addition, she would act as an overseer of the daily operations of the store, making sure
it runs smoothly and effectively through motivation the sales team, creating business
strategies, and developing promotional material.

Ms. Erica Mae Mamaba was chosen by the organization to be the market manager. She
will oversee the promotion of the business services and products through developing and
managing pricing strategies, advertisement campaigns, budgets and expenditures. While
Mr. Yanzy Villanueva and Mr.Dexter Mendoza will act as the cashier of the business to
ensure that prices and quantities are correct. Mr. Villanuevaa and Ms. Mamaba have
excellent customer service skills in entertaining customers. They will be the one to ensure

that prices are accurate, to accept payments, answer inquiries and provide helpful
information to customers customers products, promotion or item location.

Cake ala banana chefs perform the duties of the chef. Knowing that they are skilled in
cooking, they will be the one to ensure that the products are in good quality by weighing,
measuring and mixing ingredients for freshness. They are also in charge in preparing the
products ensuring that it is in its best quality and keeping the kitchen and kitchen
equipment properly cleaned and fixed. In doing so, they will have Mr. Garcia as their
assistant as their companion in performing their duty.

school. Clean cooking and heating is essential to addressing energy poverty and ensuring

The target customer of Cake ala banana are the visitors, students, and teachers of
the Villa Domingo National High School. Each customer will receive the best quality
food that Cake ala banana have. The problems that our costumer will encounter with our
product, we will face it with good attitude, patience and understanding. In order to retain
customers loyalty in the business, the business should maintain the good quality of the
product.

A. Production
The organization will produce the product by planning ahead or searching for a
dealer that can produce it. There are some competitive advantage that the business
possess which are the cost, service and the location. The business control the cost but
will not sacrifice the quality and taste of the product to create a efficient operation. The
service, costumers satisfactory is very important because it retains costumers trust and
loyalty which will boost the sales of the business. The location, location of the business is
an important factor that will affect the grow of the business.

This sections shows the store capacity in terms of the number of customers they
can serve. It also shows the various strategies in order to sell the products.

C. Contingency Plan
If the primary plan will not work and the products are not patronize by the
costumers, the organization will improve the product and add new taste to it. The
organization had prepared a back up fund to be used in case of shortage or emergency .
If some staff did not function and perform their responsibilities effectively they will be
assign to other position where they can perform excellently. If a staff cant attend his/her
duties due to illness, emergency or personal issues, another staff will go to their work as
a substitute.
