No one can live without food. That’s why food is valid to be one of the man’s basic
needs. After every meal some of us often seek for a sweet that will give them satisfaction.
Pastillas Birl is a business establishment that will be managed by the proponents themselves.
Pastillas Birl belongs to food industry that named itself after “Pastillas Boys&Girls”. The
entrepreneurs main goal in establishing this kind of establishment since mostly today wants to
eat sweets especially those teenagers and children.
Pastillas Birl aims to achieve people satisfactory in their desire and wants through giving
them a good quality of product in return of continuously buying our product and for being
contented in our company.
Pastillas Birl as a newly establish by a young man and women. We will make our product in
following our own made recipe proposed by our team members. In a process of doing good
product, we will choose only good quality of ingredients. Enable to attract customer, we will do
different shapes such as hearts, square, triangle and circle. .Also in different colors like red,
violet, white, brown and pink of course it varies in different flavors.
Moreover, the business plan is about making a nutritious yet enjoyable sweet pastillas.
The main product pastillas that will be made from skimmed milk, that promotes healthy,
affordable and enjoyable sweet treat. The flavors of this product will be ube, choco and
strawberry.
The business will definitely succeed because of its affordability. The ingredients and raw
materials needed can be bought at a very low cost. Profitable, because we can get back the
capital in a short span of time and lastly it is attainable because its procedure can be done by
anyone without ease.

The Pastillas Birl is a sweets business which offers different variety and flavors of
pastillas.
Price is evaluated equitably, we estimated the cost of our product based on the capital that
we’ve spent. Price ranges from 3 pesos to 5 pesos the maximum. We offer different variations of
pastillas such as ube, chocolate, milk and strawberry.
In any age, gender, & sexuality can be a consumer of our valued product.

remaining, and after you ate you want to eat some sweets as a dessert. Pastillas Birls is the
answer for the satisfaction of your cravings that you can easily grab, just drop by in our location.

factor to consider in the competition. Nevertheless, we are flexible and adaptive we are certain to
cope in the competition. We will continue to innovate and create ideas to improve our services
and the business.

Pastillas Birl is a budget wise and friendly product which provides satisfaction by its
colorful and delicious different and distinct flavors. This product also supports the traditional
Filipino flavors that has unique combinations and has own taste and identification.
When you are craving for something sweet but still you are concerned of your health, you
would look for something that is sweet and affordable within your area but most of the products
that are sold by the vendors are mostly oily such as fried snacks. As you are concerned of your
health, you wouldn’t buy anything that is bad for you so Pastillas Birl is the product that would
fit to your satisfaction needs.
The health contribution of our product is that it has milk as its main ingredient. We all
know that milk is very essential to our body as it is an excellent source of calcium and calcium is
very good for our body and bones. Aside from calcium, we can also get nutrients like Vitamins
A,, D, E, K and B that are also essential to our body.
Pastillas Birl is that product that is nutritious, satisfying, delicious, colorful and
affordable that is close to you and your friends if anything happens and you crave for Pastillas.

potential customer is minimal in eating sweet foods.
We aim to offer everyone a quality and affordable sweet foods like our product pastillas
but our business is focused to limited target market before enlarging into the bigger scope of
target market.
Thus, our target market is intensive to all wether it is a student, adult, or elders who like
to eat sweets. We expect to satisfy all of our consumers or customer with our market product in
return of filling the most of the business product, and other potential consumer that will
contribute to the business growth.

establish successfully the sweet product business, Pastillas Birl. We keep ourselves to be
responsible to earn monetary capital we make our own product and packaging no machineries all
by labor forces at the business team. The Pastillas Birl management team, is lead by Aliyah
Aragon, the manager of the business. She has an experience in a business world. She is the one
who lead and distribute the product to customer.
Along with her, is her member Sheena Marie Baldono and Eunice Damacino the assigned
in buying ingredients and managing the budget. We have Shyden Francia, Jubelle Gonzales and
Allyssa Bianca Pamintuan whos assigned in packaging the product and also help in distributing
the product. We have Katherine Gaballo, John Emiel Pangilinan and John Michael Ramirez who
conceptualized and designed the business logo and also the distributor of the Pastillas Birl
product.
Pastillas Birl’s Management Team, will continue our product, sweet pastilles that will
surely be sold, and able to cope up with other competitors.

made different flavors and colors of pastillas that every customer can choose different kind of

Since our product is for everyone, we will make it to the point that everyone will afford to buy
one or they can make it a habit. Our pricing will be based on the size and to the expense we made
so that we can continue our operation at the same time earn profit.

Pastillas Birl allotted money for posters but we will just make it simple and small since we are
just starting and our product is not that classy. We will also utilize the “word of mouth” for
advertising strategy.

The location of our business is populace and accessible thus, consumer can easily approach us
personally. Competitors are all around, direct or indirect but Pastillas Birl’s style were more
competitive and sure more rational and practical in buying consumer will not remorse purchasing
the product.
