Polvoron is not new to us as Filipino because everybody loves to eat it. The
main point of my business is formulating new flavors and looks for Polvoron. I never
loathe the original flavor of Polvoron but we cannot deny that we want something
new. Something that would be amaze our taste buds, perhaps new look and flavor.

Imang’s Chocoron (Polvoron) are reasonably price homemade products that


can be sold around area of Valencia City. It is usually packed in small size and
individually wrapped. People of all ages will enjoy imang’s chocoron.

Business Review

Polvoron (also known as pulburon/ polboron in Tagalog) is a type of shortbread and


holiday delicacy that originated from the Iberian Peninsula. It is produce mostly in
spain and Latin America and it is popular dessert in the philippines.

“Polvo” which mean powder in Spanish literally translate to “powder” or


cookie; hence “powder cookie”.

When we talk about Polvoron we always tend to depict a picture of a milk


powdered candy in our minds with nostalgic feeling, a candy that brings us back to
our younger days.

Imang’s chocoron (Polvoron) aspire to produce delicious and satisfaction in


value customer, where they can taste a new introducing flavors.

Imang’s chocoron is to provide unique variety of Polvorons for a reasonable price
and give enjoyment of customer satisfaction.Imang’s chocoron (Polvoron) envision
customer greatness provided by Imang’s product.

Goals and Objectives

The main goal and objectives of Imang’s chocoron (Polvoron) is to start business
and to gain good feedback of customer. Also to encourage teenager to build their
own business too even they young. Also to expand our knowledge and capability on
handling the business.

products. We will create an online page where people can get information about our

made from finest ingrediest that available in any store or market. This product
can compete other local delicacies and sweets available in the market.

 One of the major problems that might occur for the products to be sold is
proper handling during delivery and transporting of the products.

 There are many other candies, sweets and local products available in the
market, but what make Imang’s chocoron differ from them are its unique
flavorings, irrestible taste and it is affordability to consumers.

 Though Imangs chocoron (Polvoron) is different from any other local polvoron
in the market, still there are competitors that might be copy and imitate the
products.
