Mirror Mirror boutique is a company that offers variety of products

such as fashionable clothes, organic skin care products, make ups and

different accessories. The company came up with their name which is “Mirror,

Mirror” a famous line from the Disney movie Snow white which means carriers

of truth and reflect what our truth is. The company is a hundred percent

Filipino owned company founded on 2021 by Melvin John Paez, Annjella

Madridejos and Cristelyn Ruazol. The idea for the business was initially

generated in order to fill a void in the current market as we provide the young

men, women, LGBT, and professionals with a combination of products and

services that is unlike anything offered thus far. The goal of the company is to

deliver a unique yet stylish collection of apparels, healthy and safe make ups

and skin care products and accessories that changes frequently, provide a

thorough training for our team members and intermediaries to create a well-

balanced environment as they hold the value and values of the company and

as they are all equip with the knowledge, skills and attitude that will help them

grow and for a better growth rate of the company. We plan on aggressively

advertising our brand within the first year. We will use different marketing,

distribution channels and marketing materials. We will also held contests to

create brand awareness. The company foresee the following results within it’s

first business year : Gross sales 112,340,000 and Net Profit of 30,484,800

Php. In the long term, we’ll explore the possibilities of having an international

branches to expand the reach of the company.

Mirror mirror boutique shop is a kind of one-stop-shop business which

can offers a different kind of products like clothes, make ups, skin care,

accessories and other stuff related to fashion. We cater gender neutral

products to be able to considered men, women and LGBT community which

can also be our target market. We make sure that all of our products can suits

and fit at any ages starting from kids, teens and even in old-ages.

Our boutique shop, has the capability to produce unique designs and

good fabrics quality when it comes to our clothing line, we make sure that we

followed all of the trending clothes that can suits to our target market and

when it comes to our cosmetics and skincare line we are aiming to push

through an organic, cruelty free and vegan friendly kind of products for our

valued customer who has a sensitive skin, and also to promote green

marketing as well. and to our accessories items, we prefer to use and sell a

nickel-free, non-tarnish and hypoallergenic types of jewelleries that good for

all skin types especially for kids who has a sensitive skin.

We use two kinds of way to promote and sell our products. You can

visit our physical store to see the products on how it looks like especially to

those shoppers who really like to do a traditional shopping aside from that we

do have an online website so you can shop online without the hassle.

Through online shopping you can send us an inquiry, booking, and checking

of the availability of the products. We do offer bulk orders/wholesale, and

retail to those people who wants to be a reseller. and also our shop do a

social media advertising through posting our items on our Facebook page,

products with a very affordable price, that consumers will surely get what they

pay off because our shop knows that "MIRROR REFLECTS YOUR BEUTY"

OUR MISSION
Mirror, Mirror Boutique’s mission is to offer excellent quality clothes,

skin care products, make-ups and accessories and make sure that the

customer has the most memorable shopping experience as we maintain the

highest standards in terms of customer service, quality products, and a wide

range selection to satisfy the needs and wants of our customer. As we value

the products that we offer, we also value our team members as they are the

image of the company, we encourage their growth. We ensure to provide a

Thorough Leadership and Personality Development trainings to build them, to

equip them with the required skill sets, knowledge and value, and values of

the company.

CUSTOMER PROFILE
Our ideal customer is between the ages of 18 – 40 composed of men,

women and LGBTQ+ Some are teenagers, college students others are young

professionals who have joined the workforce. They usually spend their

disposable income and allowances on shopping online using different

platforms and offline as they spend their free time going out with their friends

to search for things they would like to buy this includes apparels, make ups,

accessories and skincare products and some might’ve appreciate the

opinions and approval of the sales people whether the things they buy will

suits them or not,. Some of them are budget conscious as they might have not

yet work long enough to establish a significant net worth.

SECTION 6: PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We will introduce our products such as sweater, jeans, hoodies, jogger,

oversized shirts, jackets, jumpers, bikinis, skirts, heels, tank top, singlet,

shorts, polo shirts, swimsuits in our clothing line with 30-40 different prints

styles, designs, fabrics, and sizes that fits different body types. In addition, we

will also introduce variety of skin care and make up products this includes

toner, mirror, nail polish, lip gloss, lip liner, foundation, eyeliner, eye shadow,

lipstick, mascara, cleanser, moisturizer, tanning lotion, face cream, concealer,

primer, blush and different set of brushes. All active ingredients that we use

on the production of make ups and skin care are all natural as we promote the

sustainability and support the elimination of use of chemicals and other

hazardous ingredients that may affect the customers and the environment. In

terms of accessories that may be used to complete the overall outfit of the

customer we offer unique sets of designs of necklace with distinct styles and

designs of pendants, straw hat, cap, scarfs, boots, belts, flip flops, handbags,

bracelets, leather and fabricated wallets, watches, and rings. The complete

set of product samples can be found in Appendix VI.

When it comes to services we will provide extra fragrant, lighting, arts

and paintings to create a different ambiance, we will also provide air

conditioner to preserve the quality of our products and comfort room, fitting

room and additional sales personnel on our distribution outlets to better

understand their needs and wants to exceed their satisfaction and give them a

convenient and memorable experiences when they shop.

SECTION 7: UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION

that do their job with passion. We always sure that our product has a unique

feature that you cannot find to other brand. Even if our boutique is not yet a

large company, we keep our products surely made by our production. We

valued our customers and give them the satisfaction that a customer can

have. We believe that in every purchase of our dear customers, we sold

desire, not our product. We also keep the quality of our product above

expected.

Mirror Mirror customer is our top priority. We put ourselves in our

customer's shoes and never forget that it’s not us to be the one who fall in

love with our product, but our customers. We think and apply what could

make them comeback again and again and ignore our competition. We keep

the quality, convenience, reliability, friendliness, and cleanliness of our store.

We always keep in our mind about what our customers want and what our

business does well.

The company will us penetration pricing strategy to gain a foothold in a

perfectly competitive market. We will lower the price of our products than what

the competitors may offer in order to capture their attention of the customers,

raise brand awareness and create customer loyalty. The attributes of the

fabrics, etc. We will position in the market as a provider of fashionable

premium quality apparels, naturally safe and effective skincare products,

SECTION 9: DISTRIBUTION PLAN

We will introduce Mirror Mirror Boutique in the Luzon, Visayas, and

Mindanao region within 5 years as we create a strong distribution channels

we would like to make it available nationwide. Our distribution will place

distribution outlets in at least 75% of locations in the Philippines and with the

use of modern technology, we will use different media platforms to

aggressively advertise our products as the market became more active on

multi-screen viewing to raise brand awareness and to create a stronger brand

image. We will also use intermediaries to reach more prospects, these

includes wholesalers, authorized distributors, online resellers and sales

personnel.

Section 10: OFFERS AND MARKETING MATERIALS

The company will provide great offers and a wide range of marketing

materials to ensure that that market will recognize our brand. Over the course

of 2021 we will invest for the production of brochures, promotional fliers,

leaflets, advertising channels, direct mail pieces, and multimedia and web

designs. We will give our customers a free trial to test our products so they

will be given the options to buy it or not. This enables us to be well-known in

the industry and can help us generate strong brand image. We will also offer a

convenient services as we provide a comfort room and a great atmosphere

on each and every outlets we had.

SECTION 11: PROMOTION STRATEGY

Mirror Mirror company will use various ways to promote the

products and services that we offer, In order to gain market shares

we will use different marketing channels, endorsers, influencers, local

companies to advertise our brand. We will also held contests,

sponsorship, and events shows to capture the attention of our

prospects and use different marketing materials such as brochures,

fliers, leaflets, magazines and newspapers to increase customer

engagement that can help us gain more sales. We can do promote

our product by doing advertisements like commercials and billboards

but the most effective way to promote our products is by showing it

through our media platforms, since a lot of our target market are

highly active on multi-screen viewing and also we will provide domain

name that is subject to trademark so you can check out the different

variations of products that we can offers We do have also a active

Facebook and Instagram page since this is the accessible way to

communicate, inform and to keep updated our target market depend

on our products.

SECTION 12: ONLINE MARKETING STRATEGY

We will invest in web design, we believe that web design can greatly

affect how the customer sees us, and it can change the perception of the

customers regarding the company and the product it offers. That will also

serve as the center of our marketing efforts to grab the attention of the

customers. We will also use search engine marketing and optimization to be

on top of the list of search results in order to be well-know. Since email has

been a part of customer’s lifestyle in this modern day, we will also use it in our

marketing strategy and aside from that we will write online press releases

such as newspaper, blogs and other media sources to publicize our

information for a more engagement to customers. In order to gain the trust of

our customers in addition with our online marketing we will hold contests and

giveaways to create connections and build customer loyalty.

SECTION 13: RETENTION STRATEGY

Mirror Mirror Boutique aims to give the best and the most effective way

to gain and retain the loyalty of our valued customers. We would like to know

them more and be on their shoes to comprehend, to puzzle out their never

customer is also our top priority as they are the under structure of our

business, we will be open for constructive criticism, suggestions,

STARTUP FUNDING

Startup expenses for Mirror Mirror Boutique have been estimated at

17,045,250 Php. Startup assets including the initial cash required, startup

inventory, and long-term assets have been estimated at 88,437,500. This

bring the total required funding to 105,482,750 Php. Total starting capital at

the beginning of year will be 2,045,250 Php. Detailed table of startup

requirements and funding may be found in Appendix I.

INCOME STATEMENT

Based on the assumptions the Mirror Mirror will achieve the forecasted

sales of 112,314,000 Php for the year ending December 31,2021. Net Income

will reach 81,904,044 Php by the end of the year. The complete income

statement is provided on Appendix III

BALANCE SHEET

CASH FLOW

Over the course of the first business year, the cash flow will increase
from 2,045,250 Php startup cost to 49,248,455 ending cash balance. It is
expected to grow for the next year. The complete form of statement of cash

SECTION 15: SOCIAL DESIRABILITY AND GREEN

MARKETING

Social desirability is one of the key principles of a business to better

understand and evaluate the needs and wants of the customers, with the use

of quantitative and qualitative method of research and surveys we are able to

recognize their perception towards the company, the products and the

services it offers. By knowing our customers desires we are able to create a

connection and build a relation that bind us together. This can help the

company improve the total quality of the management, the products and the

services we offer. As the customer became more green conscious we would
