Turon Me On is locally owned business by Grade 12 Accountancy, Business and


Management students of Rosales National High School, whose main focus is to provide high-
quality and affordable snacks to their fellow students. Turon is a convenient snack that can be
enjoyed at any time of the day. The products are perfect for students who are always on the go
and need a quick and filling snack to keep them energized throughout the day. We also offer
delivery services to make it easier for our customers to enjoy our products anytime and
anywhere. The target customers are students who are looking for a quick and delicious snack to
satisfy their hunger during their busy schedules. The business offers a variety of turon flavors
that are made with fresh and natural ingredients. We understand that students have limited
budgets, so we make sure that our products are affordable without compromising the quality and
taste. As a student-run business, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and
building strong relationships with our customers. We believe that our business can make a
positive impact on our school community by providing delicious and affordable snacks while
also promoting entrepreneurship and sustainability.
Moreover, the business name Turon Me On was inspired from on the word "turn,"
implying that the business is enticing or captivating. By associating our name with the delectable
turon dessert, the business aims to evoke a sense of delight, pleasure, and indulgence in its
customers. The name choice could also indicate that the business offers a variety of tasty treats,
possibly inspired by Filipino cuisine or incorporating turon as one of their or our signature.
Turon is a popular snack in the Philippines made with sliced bananas wrapped in spring roll
wrappers, deep-fried until crispy, and coated with caramelized sugar. It's often enjoyed as a
sweet treat or dessert.
A competitor is normal when it comes to field of business and Turon Me On has also
competitors be it inside the school premises or outside. To be able to gain first-hand knowledge
about its markets, the young entrepreneurs conducted a market study to know especially on how
much they spend in buying their snacks, what do they usually eat for snacks, and so on. In order
to make difference from their competitors the young entrepreneurs of Turon Me On made
innovations in their product.
The business location is very favorable, providing high visibility and high flow of
customers, Turon Me On will be situated inside the premise of Rosales National High School
and will sell Turon Me On for twenty pesos (Php 20.00) for three pieces (3 pcs) and eight pesos
(Php 8.00) for one piece (1 pc) to the teachers and students. The following assumption were
made by the proponents for the Turon Me On, the market share will be 15%, since the
proponents assumed that the markets who will buy in school canteen can be also our prospect
customers. To create awareness, the proponents will conduct a marketing campaign by creating
flyers and posters that will be displayed in strategic locations within the school premises. The
flyers and posters will contain information about Turon Me On, such as the price point, the
quality of the products, and the location of the business. The campaign will also include social
media marketing by creating a Facebook page where customers can follow and get updates on
the latest products and promotions. Additionally, the proponents will conduct product sampling
during school events and activities to introduce the product to potential customers and allow
them to taste the products. By implementing these marketing strategies, Turon Me On can create
awareness and generate interest in its products among the students of Rosales National High
School, which can result in increased sales and market share.

Through the collaboration of great and unique ideas from the seven young entrepreneurs
namely: Leiren Julia P. Ringor, Princess Mae D. Caspe, Liliane C. Herreria, Nicole Ann B.
Gonzales, Katryn R. Javier, Marian Fate P. Leal and Marjorie D. Ceralde, from Accountancy,
Business and Management of Rosales National High School -- Senior High School, they have
come up with "Turon Me On" as a food business that helps students to satisfy their hunger
during their busy schedules.

Turon Me On is indeed a small food business which is owned by Group 6 of


Accountancy, Business and Management, grade 12- ABM A. All members in this organization
will divide all the responsibilities in everyday running of the business. Each member is assured
to be trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to
the success of Turon Me On. The group will work together to ensure that the business runs
smoothly and that customers are satisfied with the products and services offered. Each member
will have a specific role to play in the business, such as handling finances, marketing,
production, and customer service. By working together and utilizing each member's strengths,
Turon Me On can provide high-quality products and services to its customers while also
achieving its business goals.
Turon Me On is composed of the following qualified and dedicated entrepreneur;
Manager who acts as the leader of the group and responsible in reporting the state of the
business, Assistant manager who is the right- hand of the manager who helps her in doing the
reports and necessary works. Secretary who organized, compile, and record the business
processes and operation. Treasure whose job is to collect and keep the money and also
responsible in recording the financial statement of the business, Auditor who is responsible in
auditing and checking the money. Seller who is responsible for initiating sales conversations and
making the selling process easy for customers in day to day operation. Bookkeeper who is
responsible for business daily financial accounting, and allocating funds properly to ensure the
business continuous functioning. Purchasing manager of raw materials who is responsible in
daily purchasing of raw materials for the goods production of the business. Furthermore, the
enterprise requires its entrepreneurs to apply the basic ethics of serving and cooking food for the
safety of the customers. It's also aims to give the customers the food experience that they deserve
by providing high-quality products that are delicious, healthy, and safe to consume. The team is
committed to using only the best ingredients and following strict food safety protocols to ensure
that the products are of the highest quality. They will also strive to provide excellent customer
service by being friendly, courteous, and responsive to the needs of their customers.
The entrepreneurs of Turon Me On are dedicated to providing high-quality and
affordable snacks to their fellow students at Rosales National High School. They have conducted

particularly in front of the classroom of the entrepreneurs (Room 1 ABM Building), every
Monday to Friday starting at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is expected that our business stall will be
accessible to the students and teachers from Senior High School since they usually pass this
place every day.

Manager, Leiren Julia P. Ringor is competent to oversee and manage a company's operations
and her employees. She perform a range of tasks to ensure company productivity and efficiency
including implementing business strategies, evaluating company performances, and supervising
employees. Leiren Ringor is accountable for monitoring all organizational activities and
institutional aspects, as well as managing staff. She is qualified for this position as a manager
since she can use online resources effectively, comprehends enough about operating a business,
can take criticism, knows how to make wise judgments, and has excellent interpersonal and
leadership skills.

Assistant Manager, Princess D. Caspe a trusted right-hand of the President and is responsible
for providing support to the President in all their day-to-day operations. If absence of the
