#1 CLASSIC CHICKEN SALAD

The classic chicken salad is a great option if you are on the go or hosting a
party. It’s a dish that is great for any occasion and sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
So, let’s see how to prepare a classic chicken salad.
Classic Chicken Salad Recipe
● 1 heap cup of baked chicken breast (skin removed and chopped)
● 1/4 cup of finely diced celery
● 2 tablespoons of finely diced red onion
● 2 tablespoons of avocado-based oil
● 1/4 teaspoon of salt
● 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
The first step, take a big pot and put your roasted chicken in followed by a
quarter cup of finely diced celery, two tablespoons of finely diced red onion, ¼
teaspoon of salt, a little black pepper and two tablespoons of avocado-based
oil. Then mix the contents of the pot together thoroughly.
You will notice from the ingredients and directions above we will be replacing
highly processed deed oils typically used in restaurants and grocery stores
with avocado-based oils. By making this switch, the salad will be much
healthier as the type of oils found in the grocery store salads has been proven
to cause inflammation in the body.
By using the avocado oil this will then become the base of your meal creating
a much healthier end-product.
