Teachers are required to narrate the below story and later discuss the subsequent
points:
Story- Few children were doing swing on the branch of a tree. Due to heavy weight
the branch was bended and children were not aware of that. From far away, father of
Jim and the mother of Tom were watching kids playing.
(Suddenly a gust of wind came)
Jim’s father shouted " Jim don't fall"
Tom's mother shouted " Tom hold on tightly".
Immediately, Jim fell down from the tree. After going back to home Jim’s father
asked Tom's mother both the kids were hanging on the same tree why Jim fell and
Tom was safe"
Tom's mother explained "Mind have a very differently time processing negative
image. In order for Jimto process the command of not falling he first had to imagine
falling and then try to tell brain not to fall, when Tom was told to hold on tightly he
had an instant image of him hanging on tightly"
Teacher to describe the below Moral of the story:
Moral: “Using positive words will have better results than using negative words. To
break out of bad habits, we need to develop good habits and automatically things will
start to get better and we will feel positive"
Instead of saying words like “don’t do that,” rather try to phrase it more positively by
saying “let’s try to do it this way,”
If you will speak positive, You will be positive in your heart and will get positive
results in life.
You must use the following four words daily wherever required:
Thank You, Welcome, Sorry and Please.
1. We must not only speak good words but also keep improving our vocabulary.
2. Because learning meaning of new words, will help us think better. It is the
food for our thought.
3. The more words we have, the better ideas we generate and be creative.
It helps us to find new ways and solutions to problems.
4. It also helps us in our studies.
5. They can play games with their friends on “Meaning Challenge”
In between, let children quote anecdotes from their lives, regarding the
influence of the usage of Good/Bad words in their lives.
