Overall Summary Report – Future Leaders Programme, 2016

Instructions

This form should be used to compile an overall competency summary at the end of the assessment centre. Positive and negative behavioural indicators
should be collated from the different exercises for each of the 6 competencies detailed below:

3. Engaging Communication 6. Commercial Awareness

Guide responses are indicated for each competency area indicating required style/ tone of commentary and covering examples of both positive and
negative behavioural evidence. An overall evaluation for each competency should be provided using the following rating scale:

5 = Exceptional 2 = Requires further development


4 = Exceeds requirements 1 = Poor
3 = Meets requirements 0 = Not observed

This summary will form the basis of the Development Report provided to candidates following the centre to support the creation of their professional
development plan.
