SUMMARY
To attain corporate effectiveness, the study aims to show how organisational behaviour
dynamics are influenced by management and what these dynamics look like. These
include physical, psychological, emotional, and interpersonal elements of the
organization's workplace design. The study also emphasises that detecting, anticipating,
and regulating human behaviour are all intimately related to organisational behaviour.
To determine the factors in relation to the effectiveness and organisational behaviour
principles, the research used 125 banking industry personnel and the mix technique. In
order to increase organisational effectiveness, this systematic study examines
interpersonal and leadership behaviours, the culture and diversity of the organisation,
ethical considerations, and human behaviour. A measurement of organisational
outcomes in terms of performance, growth, productivity, and profitability is known as
corporate effectiveness. OB focuses on improving both individual and group behaviour
in the workplace using a scientific method. As a result, the OB study can be utilised as a
matrix for improving both organisational effectiveness and individual well-being.

The significance of job design and its effect on organisational effectiveness are covered
in this article. Defining the tasks, methods, and connections connected to a job is called
job design. The author emphasises the importance of a good fit between job design
and workers for successful job performance. Job enlargement and job enrichment are
two ways of job design that are examined. While work enrichment concentrates on
giving employees additional responsibility, accountability, and difficulties, job
enlargement entails increasing the range of tasks. To increase organisational
effectiveness, the essay emphasises that human resources management should support
best practises and a positive work environment.

It has been determined that organisational behaviour and job design are significantly
influenced by emotional intelligence. Relationships, emotional well-being, self-
assurance, self-awareness, and resilience are all included in the concept of emotional
intelligence. Leaders are urged to take employee viewpoints and emotional intelligence
into account when making decisions. According to the study, selecting effective
leadership is a tactic that influences organisational behaviour, and it is crucial to match
leadership practises with systems for performance management and training and
development.

The article offers advice on how to put ideas about organisational behaviour into
practise. It recommends implementing a decentralised structure that gives managers
freedom in formulating and implementing policies as well as the choice to control the
level of decentralisation within the organisation. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the
significance of putting internal controls in place through an organisational structure that
clearly establishes authority and responsibility. Organisational behaviour is referred to
as an interdisciplinary field that draws from a variety of fields, including management,
engineering, anthropology, sociology, psychology, and sociology.
