  Offer shall be valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of this proposal.
 Contract term is for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance.
 Contract shall be provided upon signing of this proposal.
 Security deposit equivalent to One (1) month MSF and OTIF, plus VAT are required.
 Installation and activation lead time of account is within 15-30 days.
