MEMORANDUM
Ex-Gratia payment for 2017-2018 to the
Unionized Workers/Workmen of PIDC
Pursuance to the Settlement dated 10-08-1989 signed with the PIDC Staff Union (CBA), sanction
is hereby conveyed for ex-Gratia payment for the year 2017-2018 @ one month’s wages drawn by the
workers/workmen on 30th June, 2018, provided they have completed at least 90 days continuous service in
the year 2017-2018 and were in the employment of PIDC (Pvt.) Limited on 30th June, 2017.
2. Wage will include the following allowances for the purposes of calculation of this ex-Gratia
payment:
3. If a worker/workman expired while in employment but had completed 90 days of service in 2017-
2018 at PIDC (Private) Limited, the ex-Gratia payment will be made to his legal heirs.

from various vendors for the replacement of spare parts for Lifts/Elevators system at PIDC

in the PPRA web- site dated 08-07-2018.
Subsequent to opening of offers received, the above constituted Committee shall put up its
recommendations along with the comparative statement of offers to the C.E.O. through GM
(Admin & H.R) for approval.
