accused/petitioner herein, has filed, this application for his release on

bail in case FIR No.393 dated 24.09.2022 of Police Station Kakki,

Bannu registered under section 11 (B) CNSA.

Arguments heard and record perused.

Perusal of the record reveals that, accused/petitioner in the

instant case has been discharged/acquitted U/S 265-D read with

Section 265-K of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 from the

accusation levelled against him vide order dated 28.10.2022.

So, in the given set of circumstances, accused/petitioner be

released forthwith if not required in any other case and accordingly,

instant post arrest bail petition of the accused/petitioner has become

infructuous stands dismissed. Record be sent back forthwith. File be

consigned to record room after completion.
