    APP for the State and accused/petitioner Adnan Khan and

    Nawab Zada on ad interim bail alongwith their counsel present.

    Accused/petitioner Bilal Khan not in attendance being confined in

    Central Jail, Bannu in some other case. Complainant also in

    attendance and requested for adjournment being not engage his

    counsel.

    Since the accused/petitioner Bilal Khan not in attendance and is

    confined in jail in some other case, therefore, and the ad-interim pre-

    arrest bail already granted to accused / petitioners Bilal Khan is

    hereby recalled. SHO concerned be informed accordingly. File to

    come up for arguments on 26.02.2021.
