MANIFESTATION AND COMPLIANCE WITH MOTION FOR PARTIAL

RECONSIDERATION

THE PETITIONER, respectfully state:

1. In compliance with the Resolution dated 2 October 2020,

Petitioner submits this Compliance with Motion for Partial
Reconsideration to Atty. Ronn Michael Villanueva.

2. The subject matter of this Motion For Partial Reconsideration is

the Resolution, dated 2 October 2020, of Atty. Ronn Michael M.
Villanueva in the above-captioned matter.

3. The petitioner received thru electronic mail a copy of the said

Resolution on 2 October 2020 at 2:20 in the afternoon.

4. The Resolution dated October 2, 2020 granted the petitioner’s

request to reschedule the date of examination in LJD 2108 – Law on
Natural Resources and Environment not later than the scheduled
midterm examination of the UE College of Law.

5. Petitioner would like to acknowledge the kindheartedness of

Atty. Ronn Michael Villanueva and would like to give appreciation
to him for allowing the Petitioner to have the examination on a
different date.

6. Petitioner manifests that it was allowed by the Ofiice of the

Dean to reschedule an examination beyond the set midterm period,

provided, that the class formally send a letter to the Dean and acquire
approval of the professor of the respective subject.

7. Petitioner likewise manifests that majority of its subjects were

moved on the chosen dates of Atty. Ronn Michael Villanueva (6 & 7
October 2020), because of the cancellation of synchronous classes
from 25 September 2020 to 30 September 2020. It is as if that midterm
period will start on Saturday, 3 October 2020 instead of the original
period from 1 October to 7 October 2020.

8. Professors and students who were affected by said cancellation

opt to ask for additional meetings before the start of the midterm
period to be able to cover the supposed topics for midterm of the
subjects affected. Which is why bulk of petitioner’s subject were
moved on the chosen date of Atty. Ronn Michael Villanueva.

9. Be that as it may, in pursuit of excellence, Petitioner asks for the

indulgence of Atty. Ronn Michael Villanueva that Petitioner be
allowed to have the exam on 10 October 2020.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed

that the RESOLUTION, dated October 2, 2020, be partially
reconsidered by allowing Petitioner to set the date of the examination
on LJD 2108 – Law on Natural Resources and Environment on 10
October 2020, provided that petitioner will also send a letter of
request to the Office of the Dean of the College of Law.

FURTHER, the Petitioner prays for such and other reliefs as

may be deemed just and equitable in the premises.

3 October 2020.
