would agree with. Everyone needs to be clear about their responsibilities

and tasks, and know how their work is related to the goals of the entire

team.

Besides, open communication is very important when we complete a

task. Team members should be able to freely express their thoughts and

opinions without worrying about being criticized or criticized.

Lastly, Listening and Understanding are crucial. Team members should

coordinate their work.

Establishing harmonious team relationships is an important factor for

team success. Through good communication, trust building, and conflict

resolution, team members can establish close connections for better work

and collaboration.

There are plenty of things that we should to deal with during the work

time. However, the amount of tasks will continue to increase if you don’t

divide them by importance and urgency. So, this is the first action you

need to take.

Sometimes, we still need to catch a DDL because there are too many

projects to complete within the normal work time. In that case ,we should

pick up the task which is most important and urgence. Then, we need to

improve our efficiency to make sure we could complete it before DDL.

There are many methods we can use, such as asking help from colleagues

or leaders, searching whether there exists likely case or not and so on.

We can also invite someone at free to join us in completing this task if it

is necessary. So, it is wise to keep a good relationship with your

colleagues and help them when you are at free.
