Governments should make more effort to promote alternative sources of energy

In recent years, awareness of regarding nonrenewable energy sources has increased.

Some people believe that the government should encourage more the use of alternative
energy sources than traditional energy sources. And I think that, to some extent other
sources of energy should be enhanced by the government.
To begin with, sources of energy that are environmentally friendly like renewable energy
sources don't cause pollution. For example, solar energy can be harvested by installing
solar panels and there is no pollution generated by solar panels. With the use of clean
energy sources, it can help minimize negative impacts on the environment such as
emissions, toxic wastes, etc. Also, when the environment is cleaner, people's health is
also protected better, and limit facing the risk of causing disease. Therefore, renewable
energy is the solution to combat climate change, which is increasingly affecting people's
lives.
In addition, renewable energy is abundant and widely exploitable in all different regions
of the earth. For example, with solar energy, we can exploit it anywhere, as long as there
is sunlight. Or with wind energy, this energy source has been used for hundreds of years
to move sailboats, hot air balloons, make windmills for irrigation systems or the current
trend is to produce electricity from wind turbine.
In conclusion, I’d say in the future it will be a better implication. This can make use of
the available natural resources in which would reduce global warming. Government
should motivate and encourage people to use alternative sources such as solar or wind.
