Introduction & SOW

Pleasant Ent. Design Team is a profound design company that takes pride in our work
in both residential and commercial spaces. Some of our past work was to create and
design a building that accommodated all types of impaired and/or disabled needs. That
space was a diner, which included a minimalistic style with an aesthetic color scheme
and simple furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Over time, we have created many
different types of residential spaces, such as; the diner, a hotel, and a 400 ft^2 home. As
a company, we take care of our clients, and their wants. We work closely and carefully
with our clients to help them find exactly what they’re looking for. After we consult with
our clients, the design team then works on a plethora of other things, like planning a
budget, working up a vision board, and a detailed description and timeline of the project.
After first walking into the office from the lobby, you’ll notice the sitting center, for
parents, visitors, and other staff to sit and converse. You might also notice one of the
desks that contains the sign in sations. To the left of you, there’s another sign in desk as
well as the secretary desk. In the back left corner, is the student center and organizer,
this place is where students, and student assistants come to do work. In that corner is
one of the primary focal points, as it contains art and pieces of writing from the students.

Client Responsibilities

As our client, we ask you to be responsible and organized with timelines and payments.
The client is responsible for making decisions about what they want in their lounge.
They are responsible for making their pa\yments on time with the schedule. They are
responsible for approving the timeline. The clients are also responsible for making
decisions on time so that it doesn’t interfere with the timeline.

Terms and Conditions

The client has agreed to sign this contract with Pleasant Ent. Once the client signs this contract,
the client has approved to work with our company. Pleasant Ent will not provide a warranty for
any services. However, the client is entitled to any manufacturer's warranty. Once the client has
signed the contract they are responsible for paying on time so that our service team can start
working. Any warranty should be held between the client and the manufacturer. Pleasant Ent.
will not be responsible to start or engage with any warranty. Hereby, the client has read and
agreed with the terms and conditions held within this document.
