Contract

Introduction
Harts Designs is a self owned business that provides help with what our clients want in a space of their
choice. We are devoted to providing the satisfaction of what the client wasn't in their space so they will be
cozy and comfortable in their space for as long as they have it. We also have a group of people that work
at the company that are specialists in making a space suitable for clients with different disabilities. As a
client, we want you to be open with us and speak your mind if you don't like something anymore and we
will do our best to fix the mistakes we made.
Scope of work
Hart’s Designs have done many projects in our time. We have done both residential and commercial
designs for clients. Residential is in the category of places that are personal and not for the public such as
home, Commercial is in the category of places that are for the public such as hotels, restaurants, theaters
and so on. For commercials we have designed a rental home, East Ridge High School office and a hotel.
For residential designs we have done different bathroom renovation, individual room makeovers and full
house makeovers.
Client responsibilities
As the client your participation in this project is crucial. Because it's the client's money we want more of
the decisions to me brom the client so you will be satisfied with the end results. And if anything happens
with the time schedule, we want the client to give their opinions and what we should do next and go from
there.
Terms
The client has agreed to enter an interior design contract with Harts Designs. Once everything is
confirmed and all paperwork is signed, legally us as a company are to be paid for the work we are putting
in for this project. Harts Designs do not provide any type of warranty for the services provided. But, the
client is entitled to any manufacturer’s warranties for this interior design contract. Warranties shall be held
between the manufacturer and the client, Harts Designs is in no way obligated to engage in, initiate, or
support warranty claims. Therefore the client agrees to accept the following as terms presented to this
interior design contract.
