    BOARD OF ETHICS MEETING

    CITY OF WATERTOWN
    September 15, 2023
    1:00 p.m.

    This shall serve as notice that a meeting of the Board of Ethics has been scheduled to be held on Friday,
    September 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 245 Washington Street, Watertown,
    New York.

    The following agenda will be discussed:

    Call to Order

    Roll Call and Confirmation of Quorum

    Adoption of Minutes

    Executive Session

    Upon Motion and Roll Call Vote: to receive advice of legal counsel and in connection with
    discussion of the employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the
    appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a
    particular person or corporation.
