appoints a CSI Director, Secretary, or Vice President, who is a Representative of Conestoga Students Inc., and who is a
General/Voting Member in good standing of the Conestoga Students Inc., as my proxy for the General Meeting being held
virtually, on the 20th day of October, 2023, from 12:00pm – 1:00pm, to attend and vote for the undersigned at said General
Meeting, and at any continuances thereof. The proxy may nominate candidates or may vote on my behalf with respect to all
matters that may come before the meeting.

It is also my understanding that this proxy is valid for the date of the General Meeting mentioned herein only, and that the
powers of my proxy cease once the meeting is adjourned. However, the proxy shall continue if the meeting is recessed to
another date and time.

This proxy hereby revokes any proxy previously given.

Furthermore, it is to my knowledge that this document must be presented to the Chair of Conestoga Students Inc. no later
than the beginning of the General Meeting at which it is to be used. It is also to my knowledge that this proxy is subject to
verification by the Chair of the Conestoga Students Inc.
