Cusco, December 1st, 2019
Hi, Alfredo!
I’m having a brilliant Christmas time in Cusco. My little brother Tobias
and I are near the main square and we can see Vilcabamba mountain
from our window. We have done lots of amazing things. Recently, it
has rained here. In the last week, it has rained three times. I have
always loved the rain. I have played in the rain many times before.
This is Tobias' first rain. Everything is new for him.
I have received a new camera as a present. We have put on our warm
clothes and boots. We have taken many photos of different places
here. Tobias has run and jumped under the rain.
We have met some good people here. They have been with us in our
tour. We have visited some wonderful places like: Saqsaywaman,
Qurikancha and Tambomachay. I have learnt a lot about the history of
Incas.
We have also eaten typical dishes. They are delicious, but Tobias has
preferred to continue eating dishes from Lima. I have learnt how to
cook several dishes from this place, but the best dish that I can invite
you is ‘Cuy Chactado’. You will love it!
