to fit a bolt to connect it to the yellow tray. The front is then glued on top of the dividers with wood glue
and clamped over night. Sanded and the primed and painted.

Icons glued onto chart with araldite glue.

Each token is made up of 2 layers of 5mm acrylic laser cut and glued together with tensol cement.
Increases thickness to 10mm. these are draw filed, wet and dried and polished.
*you can decide if you want a vinyl sticker stuck on the front of them or have the laser cutter engrave
and etch a design of the tablets on them. You would be expected to do a drawing to show what design
will be put on the front of the tokens.

3 parts of the tray are cut on table saw by having the blade at 45⁰ to create mitred edges. A jig is used to
glue and clamp mitred edges together with wood glue. The sides of the tray will be laser cut and glued
onto the sides of the tray. Edges are sanded. Tray is primed and painted. Nut and bolts put in place to
hang the chart on the two sides of the tray.

Chart can rotate on the bolts to make it easier to collect tokens from the tray.
