Introduction to ChatGPT

ChatGPT, ChatGPT, ChatGPT. k

So I'm assuming that by now, you guys *Che + AI too
50
have heard of ChatGPT, right? for 2 Sufix
*

Chatbots have been around for a while, and they're pretty

important in modern-day communication. But AI-powered
chatbots are a whole new level of cool.

In this section, we're gonna dive into what ChatGPT-4 is, and
cover some of the history behind the model.

If you're looking for the value content, skip to Page 11!

What Is ChatGPT?

ChatGPT-4 is an AI-powered chatbot developed by OpenAI, a

research organization dedicated to creating advanced artificial
intelligence technologies. ChatGPT-4 is based on the
Generative Pre-trained Transformer 4 (GPT-4) language
model, which is the latest version of the GPT series.

The GPT-4 model was trained on a massive amount of text

data - as much as a rumored 100 trillion parameters.
Essentially, these parameters help it understand natural
language and generate human-like responses.

In addition, this chatbot relies on a large multimodal model,

accepting image and text inputs while emitting text outputs.

ChatGPT-4 is designed to engage in human-like

conversations, provide personalized responses, and
understand the context of any conversation.

What is the difference between GPT-4 and GPT-3.5?

ChatGPT-4 is the latest iteration of OpenAI’s GPT (Generative

Pre-trained Transformer) series, which includes GPT-1, GPT-2,
GPT-3 (and its update GPT 3.5), and now GPT-4.

These models have been trained on increasingly greater

amounts of data and are extremely adept at generating
coherent and contextually relevant text.

So yea, you’re safe in thinking that the main difference

between ChatGPT-3.5 and ChatGPT-4 is the amount of data
used to train the language models. ChatGPT-4 has as much as
ten times the number of parameters as ChatGPT-3.5, making it
much more powerful.
With more parameters, the model has a greater capacity to
learn from the data it is trained on, and therefore can
generate more accurate and human-like responses.

To summarise:

GPT-4 Can Understand Images

One of GPT-4’s most incredible new features is its ability to
process both text and pictures, in what is being called
“multimodal” technology.

In other words, you can upload images and GPT will recognise
them. *With some tools*

Larger Word Limit

The introduction of GPT-4 now means that the language
model is capable of handling a 25,000-word input limit, up
from 8,000 in GPT-3.5.

Higher Accuracy
GPT-4 is meant to give users substantially more accurate
responses to their queries. According to OpenAI’s update
announcement, GPT-4 is "40% more likely to produce factual
responses than GPT-3.5." GPT-4 also has more advanced
reasoning capabilities when compared to ChatGPT-3.5.
Access During Peak Times
ChatGPT's huge popularity has meant that the chatbot’s
website can be particularly overloaded at times, cutting out
access to its features. However, GPT-4 promises to solve that
problem with access even during peak times.

Faster Responses
ChatGPT usually generates its responses in a matter of
minutes or even seconds. ChatGPT Plus promises to be even
faster enabling more efficient and productive interactions.

More Creativity
There’s no doubt that ChatGPT-4 is the most collaborative and
creative version of the AI so far, particularly when faced with
complex and intricate situations. This is noticeable as the bot
is capable of processing more instructions than GPT-3.5. For
example, ChatGPT-4 is capable of learning a user’s writing
style and producing, for example, an essay or a screenplay in
the same style.

Supports More Languages

AI tech has predominantly been trained on English-based data
and ChatGPT has predominantly been used by English
speakers. However, GPT-4 is able to perform with high
accuracy across 26 languages, including Korean, Russian and
Japanese.

Learning How to Prompt
Prompt engineering (PE) involves effectively communicating
with AI in order to achieve desired outcomes. As AI technology
continues to progress rapidly, the ability to master prompt
engineering has become an increasingly valuable skill.

Prompt engineering techniques can be applied to a broad

range of tasks, making it a valuable tool for anyone aiming to
enhance their efficiency in both common and innovative
activities.

Before delving into the topic of effective versus ineffective

prompts, it is essential to understand the different types of
prompts available.

Types of ChatGPT Prompts s - ju o ns!*
e i
nam descript
Open-ended
These types of prompts generate a diverse range of responses
from ChatGPT. For instance, "Tell me about your experience
with [product/service]" or "What are your thoughts on
[industry/niche]?"
Multiple-choice
These types of prompts offer a set of options for ChatGPT to
select from. Examples include
"Which [product/service] do you prefer?" or "Do you prefer
[Option A] or [Option B]?"

Fill-in-the-blank
These types of prompts enable you to input specific
information into a sentence or question. For example, "My
company provides [product/service] to assist customers in
achieving [goal/benefit]."

Binary
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to respond with a
simple "Yes" or "No." Examples include "Do you think
[industry/niche] is becoming more popular?" or "Have you
previously used [product/service]?"

Ordering
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to order a group of
items according to preference or significance. Examples
include "Rank these [products/services] from most to least
popular" or "Which [product/service] do you think holds the
most value for customers?
Prediction
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to forecast or make a
prediction about a future event or trend. Examples include
"What do you think will be the most significant [trend/issue]
in [industry/niche] in the next 5 years?" or "How do you
anticipate [product/service] will perform in the market next
year?"

Explanation
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to clarify a concept
or process. Examples include "Can you explain the [technical
term] in simple terms?" or "How does [product/service]
work?"

Opinion
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to offer an opinion or
perspective on a topic. Examples include "What is your
opinion on [controversial topic]?" or "Do you think [new
trend/technology] will be successful in the market?"

Instruction
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to provide guidance
or instructions on a specific task or process. Examples include
"How do I [perform a specific task]?" or "What are the steps to
[complete a specific process]?"
Scenario
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to provide a
response based on a particular scenario or situation.
Examples include "What would you do if a customer
complained about [issue]?" or "How would you handle a
situation where [problem] occurred?"

Comparative
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to compare or
contrast two or more items. Examples include "What are the
differences between [product A] and [product B]?" or
"Which [marketing strategy] do you think is more effective?"

Feedback
These types of prompts require ChatGPT to provide feedback
or suggestions on a product, service, or idea. Examples
include "What feedback do you have for my
[website/marketing campaign]?" or "Do you have any
suggestions for improving [product/service]?"

We've seen the different types of prompts that you can ask
ChatGPT.

Now, let's get ready to master!

Role Playing *GAMECHANGER*

The first prompting technique is to assign a role to the AI.

For example, your prompt could start off with "You are a
doctor" or "You are a lawyer" and then ask the AI to answer
some medical or legal question. Here are some examples:

Act as an Etymologist

I want you to act as an etymologist. I will give you a word and

you will research the origin of that word, tracing it back to its
ancient roots. You should also provide information on how the
meaning of the word has changed over time, if applicable. My
first request is "I want to trace the origins of the word 'pizza'".

Act as an Absurdist

I want you to act as an absurdist. The absurdist's sentences

are meaningless. The words used by an absurdist are
completely ridiculous. The absurdist does not make
commonplace sentences in any way. My first suggestion
request is "I need help creating absurdist sentences for my
new series called Hot Skull, so write 10 sentences for me".

***Find more Role Playing prompts in the Suffix***

When assigning a role to the AI, we are giving it some context.
This context helps the AI understand the question better. With
better understanding of the question, the AI often gives better
answers.

ll kn
Playing with the Temperature t we
*No

Temperature allows you to control how creative you want the

AI to be (on a scale of 0 to 1).

A lower score makes the bot less creative and more likely to
say the same thing given the same prompt. A higher score
gives the bot more flexibility and will cause it to write
different responses each time you try the same prompt.

The default of 0.7 is pretty good for most use cases, but play
around with it!

Let's check out two example of asking ChatGPT what the

color blue is:
That's better! As we can see, it should only be used with select
examples.

Here's a few more for your convenience!

Okay, enough fun for now! Back to the learning.

Combining Prompting Techniques

As we've seen, prompts can have varying formats and

complexity.

They can include context, instructions, and multiple input-

output examples.

Combining these different prompting techniques can lead to

more powerful prompts.

Here is an example of a prompt that includes context,

instructions, and multiple examples:

"Twitter is a social media platform where users can post short

messages called "Tweets". Tweets can be positive or negative,
and we would like to be able to classify tweets as negative or
positive...."
"... Here are some examples of positive and negative tweets.
Make sure to classify the last tweet correctly.

Q: Tweet: ""What a beautiful day!"

Is this tweet positive or negative?

A: positive

Avoiding Plagiarism with ChatGPT

Identifying artificially generated text poses a major challenge

for safety researchers, educators, and other professionals.
While some tools such as GPTZero, GPT2 detector, and
bilingual detectors have gotten popularity, they are not
foolproof and can easily be tricked.

As new models and detection techniques emerge, detecting

AI-generated text is probably going to be an ongoing battle.

Some companies have already begun projects with big claims,

but verifying these can be tough, as models are continually
evolving.

1. OpenAI Text Classifier

The Text Classifier created by OpenAI is a machine learning

model that has been trained on a significant amount of data,
consisting of both artificially generated and human-written
text of comparable quality. Using this classifier, it is possible to
estimate the probability that a given text was produced by a
Language Model (LM).
2. The Watermark Method

An alternative approach to identifying artificially generated

text involves incorporating a watermark during the text
generation process. This technique may involve utilizing a
Language Model (LM) "whitelist" to determine whether the
text was created by a particular AI model.

3. DetectGPT

The DetectGPT4 technique is capable of identifying AI-

generated text with less preparation compared to previous
approaches. Scholars have discovered that Language Model
(LM) text generations typically occupy regions of negative
curvature in the log probability function of the model.

How to "Trick" Detection

As AI-generated text detectors have advanced, so have the

methods used to circumvent them. There exist various
techniques to deceive the detectors into believing that
artificially generated text was written by a human.

Editing Strategies

To make it harder for AI-generated text to be correctly

identified, one can replace words with synonyms, vary the
frequency of words, and manipulate syntax or formatting.

Another tactic involves embedding invisible markers such as 0-

width spaces, emojis, or unusual characters into the text.

It is also possible to deceive detectors by providing the model

with specific instructions on how to generate text. By
including prompts like those shown below, detection of AI-
generated text can become much more challenging:

Additional techniques include requesting the model to display

empathy, reminding it to use appropriate language and tone,
and ensuring that it includes emotional statements.
Writing with
ChatGPT
Writing with ChatGPT

Writing with ChatGPT can be one of the greatest efficiency

hacks in our life.

However, nobody knows how to get good responses (what

you were looking for).

In this chapter, we'll give you the tools it takes!

Here are a few basic tips to get started:

Fine-tune the model on a specific dataset: The model's

performance can be improved by fine-tuning it on a
dataset that's specific to the type of writing that you want
to improve. For example, if you want to improve your
fiction writing, fine-tune the model on fiction writing.

Use the model as a writing prompt: ChatGPT can be used

to generate writing prompts, which can help to overcome
writer's block and generate new ideas for writing.

Use the model for editing and proofreading: ChatGPT can

be used to generate suggestions for improving grammar,
punctuation, and style. This can help to catch mistakes
and make writing more polished.
Use the model as a writing partner: ChatGPT can be
used to generate responses to your writing, which can
help to simulate a writing partner or a writing group and
get feedback on your writing.

Give the model a tone: ChatGPT can take the tone of

whichever emotion you are trying to convey.

Use the model for research: ChatGPT can be used to

generate summaries of research articles or other texts,
which can help to quickly gather information and
insights for your writing.

Use the model for generating ideas: ChatGPT can be

used to generate new ideas for writing, which can help
to add depth and interest to your writing.

Fine-tune the model on a specific dataset

If you'd like the model to help you writing journey, you
should first consider two things:

Uploading your writing samples

Uploading task details
The first is a list of writing samples that ChatGPT can use to
help write to your tone of voice.

For the second upload, feel free to copy and paste text from
the topic/task of your choice, and use it to train the model.

Here it is also good to ask ChatGPT exactly what it needs

from you, in order to solve the problem.
Use the Model as a Writing Prompt

We've already seen the AIPRM Extension: Course Outline in

One Click.

But if you aren't interested in downloading AIPRM, here's

another way you can use ChatGPT to create writing prompts:

Ask and you shall receive!

The output is not as good as the AIPRM one, but we can

make it work :)
Give the Model a Tone

This is my favourite tool to use with ChatGPT.

Literally just - changing the tone of voice - kinda like our

moms told us!

The following is a list of tones to give ChatGPT:

Formal
This tone is professional and academic, typically used in
business or academic writing. It is characterized by its
adherence to formal grammar and vocabulary, and avoids
the use of contractions or slang.

Example: A research paper or business report.

Informal
This tone is casual and conversational, often used in personal
communication or informal writing such as blogs or emails. It
is characterized by its use of colloquial language and
contractions.

Example: A personal blog or email to a friend.

Persuasive
This tone seeks to convince the reader to agree with the
writer's viewpoint. It often utilizes strong language and
emotional appeals to persuade the reader.

Example: A political campaign speech or a persuasive essay.

Descriptive
This tone uses sensory details to create a vivid image in the
reader's mind. It is characterized by its use of figurative
language and descriptive adjectives.

Example: A travelogue or a novel.

Narrative
This tone tells a story, typically in chronological order. It is
characterized by its use of descriptive language and dialogue.
Example: A memoir or a short story.

Humorous
This tone is lighthearted and amusing, often utilizing puns,
irony, or sarcasm. It is characterized by its use of humor to
entertain the reader.

Example: A satirical news article or a comedic essay.

Authoritative
This tone conveys confidence and expertise on a particular
subject. It is characterized by its use of facts, statistics, and
expert opinions.

Example: A scientific paper or a how-to guide.

Inspirational
This tone seeks to motivate and inspire the reader. It often
utilizes anecdotes or personal stories to convey a message of
hope or encouragement.

Example: A self-help book or a graduation speech.

Confrontational
This tone challenges the reader's beliefs or assumptions. It
often utilizes strong language and rhetorical questions to
provoke a reaction from the reader.

Example: An opinion piece or a debate argument.

Those are some good ones - let me know if you discover

more!

you need to read through an email you received first.

Here are some use cases:

Basic Emails

Waking up sick is a bad feeling - but not wanting to go to work

is even worse.

Here's an example of a good prompt you can use:

to which the prompt answers:

As we can see, that email is pretty basic and boring.

Let's add some heat to the mix!

Tone Modifiers

It's insanely easy to modify ChatGPT to give you more emotive

outputs. For instance, you can ask the model to"Respond in a
funny way" or "Reply in a serious manner."

Check out a few examples below:

"Write an email to my boss saying that I will be out of office

today since I am sick. Respond as if you were Dave Chappelle,
adding as much humour to the email as possible. Additionally,
give a horrible reason for being sick."

OR ....
"Write an email to my boss saying that I will be out of office
today since I am sick. Be as direct as possible. I don't care if I
lose my job, I want to get my frustrations across."

OR ....

"Write an email to my boss saying that I will be out of office

today since I am sick. Be as direct as possible. I don't care if I
lose my job, I want to get my frustrations across."
Which the last prompt results in:

So many possibilities!

Let's make it more professional:

Perfect!
So now we've seen how to respond to emails, and add a tone
of voice or direction for ChatGPT to take.

Now, let's see what happens when we have to respond

to long format emails:

Long-Email Responses

Imagine that you receive a long email from your boss with a
lot of information. You need to respond to the email, but you
don't have time to read through the entire thing.

Let's try the prompt below:

To which ChatGPT responds:

Awesome. Now, let's take these action steps to write a
response email to our boss:

To which ChatGPT responds:

Perfect! And an extra tip for everyone: combine these steps

into one!

ChatGPT can create action items (behind the scenes) and

output you exactly what you ask for :)
Okay, so now we've seen how to respond to emails, how to
add a tone of voice, and how to respond to long emails.

This brings us to the most difficult category - Cold Emails!

Cold Email Requests

Cold emails are horrendous. It's impossible to get replies,

good subject lines, etc.

So let's simplify that process a little with ChatGPT

***Provide as many details as possible here***

So, the results are great. But they could be much better.

Use Relevant Information

Awesome. So we just sent a personalized email to Mr. Gerald

selling our ShapeX services.

But let's take it further by adding relevant information:

Let's take my profile for example.

Using information in my "About Us" and "Featured" sections,

we can scrap info that may be used in our cold email
campaigns!
Looking for personality and unique"selling" points, we should be
able to find a piece of information that gives us value.

Bingo - I mention that I am passionate about Artificial

Intelligence!

Let's take this info, copy and paste, and put it into ChatGPT:

Great, now we should be able to see a much more personalized

email while selling him Banana Chips!
Nice! A personalized email in a fraction of the time.

Once you start adding more and more data into ChatGPT, the outputs
will be much more useful and effective at solving your problems!

Coding
Using ChatGPT to Write Code

There are two pretty important things about ChatGPT and

coding.

1. The code is fairly good

2. The code can also lead you into a rabbit hole

So - if you're interested in using ChatGPT to write code, here's

the steps you should take:

TLDR
Narrow Your Request
Ask for Example Code
Find the Requirements
Ask for the Code!
Narrow Down Your Request

This first step is where you decide what you are going to ask
of ChatGPT -- but not yet ask it anything.

Decide on what you want your function or routine to do, or

what you want to learn about to incorporate into your code.

Imagine you're paying a human programmer to do this. Are

you giving that person enough information to be able to
work on your assignment?

Here's an example: Recently, I tried creating a Chrome

Extension that would scan a competitor website, and output
the top keywords that the page was using to rank on Google
...

Let's check it out!!!

On the last page we learned about narrowing down your

request (providing the most useful information to the
model).

Here's a prompt you can use to do so:

(Prompt on Next Page)

You can see here that whenever you aren't sure of what to
do, just ask ChatGPT what it needs from you.

It works pretty well.

Ask ChatGPT for an Example Code

Let's be clear. Unless you're writing a very small function,

ChatGPT isn't going to be able to write your final code.

Let's see what I'm talking about ...

ChatGPT is terrible at modifying already-written code.

Terrible, as in, it doesn't do it. So to get new code, you have to

ask ChatGPT to generate something new.

But that doesn't mean the example code is worthless. Far

from it. Let's take a look at a prompt I wrote based on the
project I described earlier. Here's the first part:

and the response:

Awesome.

So now, we know that the example code from ChatGPT works

(at least from an output perspective).

Great - let's start creating our code now!

Find the Requirements

As we said before, always ask ChatGPT what it needs from

you.

Feel free to use the prompt below!

When you've entered this into the model, feel free to answer
all relevant questions:
Ask for the Code!

Great! Now ChatGPT knows everything it needs from us.

Let's start coding!

Ask the model to create the code for you:

Click "Continue" to Complete

If you notice that the code stops being created halfway through,
tell the model to continue!

General Coding Tips

1. Ask ChatGPT your Coding Questions!

2. Ask ChatGPT if it is 100% sure of what it's doing
3. If problems occur, ask ChatGPT to review it's own code
4. ChatGPT knows all coding languages
5. ChatGPT is x500 faster than a programmer
6. but it won't replace coders anytime soon!
Coding (Extra Page)
Yet another chapter knocked down from the eBook - aaare
you not entertaaaained?

In all seriousness, if you've gotten to this point, you are

likely in the 99% percentile of ChatGPT - coding is difficult!

ChatGPT for
SEO
Using ChatGPT for SEO
There are countless different aspects to SEO, from on-page
implementation, to technical improvements, to building
effective content for readers, and more.

Here are a few of the sections we'll cover in this chapter:

TL;DR
1. Titles
2. Keyword Research
3. Ideas + Outlines
4. Seed Keywords
5. Descriptions
a. Meta Descriptions
b. Product Descriptions
c. Ad Copy
6. Proofreading
7. Rewriting
8. Optimizing Old Content

In this chapter, we will be going through the idea of

creating a FULL blog post with ChatGPT (to show all use
cases in order).

Now that we understand how it works, let's look at the

steps involved in using it to generate blog posts:
ChatGPT for Idea Generation

As a start, you can ask ChatGPT to give you a list of similar

keywords to the ones that you’re targeting for your own
business or client.

Let’s say you’re a cookie shop owner in New York City trying to
grow your business’s visibility.

Try asking ChatGPT for related keywords to “local cookies in

New York City.”

STOP
***Although ChatGPT is GREAT for idea generation and outlines,
ChatGPT should NEVER be used for keyword research!***
As I said before, NEVER TAKE THESE AS FINAL KEYWORDS.

Great, so let's expand on a few of these ideas:

and remember, we could always adjust the temperature in

order to get more unique responses!

However, this is what the output gives:

Awesome! Now we have some unique blog post ideas to

start.

For this example, let's choose: Hidden Gem Cookie Shops in

New York
So - we have our Blog post idea, and a few keywords that are
related to our idea.

From here, we can develop a bit better of a structure for our

keywords.

Keyword Research with ChatGPT

Starting our keyword research, let's try to find some

inspiration using ChatGPT:

and the response:

As we can see, these keywords are pretty sh*t.

Who the heck in their right mind would search this into
Google?!?

Okay, that was maybe rude - but odds are, not that many
people will use these terms.

Depending on the platform you use, feel free to plug these

terms into: aHrefs, BuzzSumo, SEMRush, etc.

Generate Titles with ChatGPT

Now, let's takeour Blog idea, and let's create some blog title
ideas!
and here's the output:

Perfect!

but wait - this is the ULTIMATE ChatGPT Guide ...

I can't just stop there ... let's try this!

Meta Descriptions

ChatGPT can also help you write effective title tags and meta
descriptions for better optimization.

Let's check it out:

Great - but we aren't there just yet!

Content Outlines with ChatGPT

I'm not gonna spend a lot of time on this part - it's fairly
simple!

Ask ChatGPT to create you a blog content outline, and

include any of the chapters/content that you'd like:

*GAMECHANGER*
Awesome!

Now we can write the sections individually ....

Let's find out how to rank for keywords!

How to PROPERLY Keyword Rank with ChatGPT

As we said previously, using only ChatGPT is not enough to

rank highly in the search engine results.

Often, if you ask for ChatGPT to include keywords in your

blog posts or content, the following will happen:

1. Keyword Cramming
2. Non-Relevant Keywords

In both cases, these don't benefit your search ranking.

Let's find out how to change this!

For this example, we are going to write a blog post about

Yoga Exercises to Try at Home
Great! Now let's have ChatGPT create the content:

Okay, this is good!

But we forgot to ask for relevant keywords - let's try again:

Amazing!

But wait - how can we be sure that it will boost our SEO
presence?

We plug it into a third-party app or extension!

I like using SEOSurfer, but feel free to use your SEO editor of
choice!

So we got a ranking of 46%.

Not very good! But now we know what to include!

Great, now we can input these back into ChatGPT, and rank
again in SEOSurfer.

Here are a few more use cases:

"You are now a Google Ads expert / SEO Guru"
"Critique this ad copy like you were Google"

Creating a
Plugin
Creating a ChatGPT Plugin
Before I start with this chapter, I have to give a HUUUGE
shoutout to Liam Ottley on Youtube.

I don't have ANY coding experience, and his

Youtube channel was a huge help
for this chapter!

Check out his links below!

https://www.youtube.com/@LiamOttley

There are three main ingredients to a ChatGPT plugin: the app

file (main.py), the plugin manifest file (ai-plugin.json) and
OpenAPI definition (openapi.yaml).

Without further ado, let's get into it:

Step 1: Finding an API key

In order to create a ChatGPT, you need to first connect an API

key from an alternative platform.

Think of this more as the data set that you are pulling
information from - the same info that will be output to the
user.
You can see how the process works via the photo above!

Human Input -> ChatGPT -> API Key -> Info -> ChatGPT Output

So ... find your API key!

In this example, Liam uses the NewsAPI, as he wants his

plugin to be a source that users can instantly get the newest
news.
Step 2: Fill Out the Plugin Template

Yet again, Liam came in clutch with a prompting template!

Essentially, these are the assets that ChatGPT will need in

order to create the plugin:

$GENERAL_PROMPT_SCOPE

This will be the overall solution that your plugin will be used for. Think
of the problem that you want to solve, and work your way backwards.

$EXAMPLE_PROMPTS

These are the inputs that the user of your plugin would be expected
to say!

If your plugin was a weather predictor app, this would be something

like "Hey $Plugin_Name, what will the weather look like next week?"

$INFO_NEEDED_FOR_FUNCTIONALITY

All the info needed for your plugin to work!

In the weather example, this would be info such as: Dates, Times,
Location, etc.

***Find the plugin template in the Suffix***

$FUNCTIONALITY_LIMIT

Things that you don't want your users to be able to

search/input information into.

In the weather plugin example, this would be something like:

"Hey $Plugin_Name, what are your sources for this info?"

Once you've entered all the relevant info for your plugin,
let's move onto the next step!
Step 3: Create a Replit Account

To free create code that works for API plugins, you'll need to
first create a Replit account.

As soon as you've done this, let's enter it back into the

template:

Awesome - onto Step 4!

Step 4: Create the main.py code

From here, you will COPY THE WHOLE section from XXXX

Paste this into ChatGPT, and receive your first set of code!

Great, now let's put this back into Replit:

Step 5: Create the manifest file

These have been included in the prompt template for you

already!!!

Simply copy and paste these from Notion into your Replit!
Step 6: Enter the OpenAI API Key Info

For this, you'll need to get your own API key!

Search up "OpenAI API Key" on your search browser, and

find the information below:

Enter your info into the template, and let's move onto Step
7 already!!!
Step 7: Create your OpenAPI definition

Copying the highlighted section of the Notion template,

paste this into ChatGPT to create your OpenAPI definition!

Step 8: Paste OpenAPI definition into Replit

After you've created the main.py, the manifest file, and the
OpenAPI definition, you are ready to upload!
Step 9: Upload your new plugin!!!

To upload your new plugin, click "New Chat" while on

ChatGPT.

Go to the right hand side, and click "Plugins."

***If you don't have access to ChatGPT's plugins yet, this

won't be visible from your side***

From "Plugins", go to "Plugin Store".

Click "Create New"!

Enter the url from your Replit code:

and upload your files!

Step 10: Enjoy your plugin!

After you've done the previous steps, play with your damn
plugin!

You created this piece of art - now put it to the test!

MidJourney
Using ChatGPT with Midjourney AI
For years - Midjourney was sh*t.

Impossible to use - they couldn't get the damn hands right!

But now the model is damn near perfect ... I mean check these
Historical Figure Selfies out:

Pretty good stuff now!

Now, how about we combine the Midjourney power with the

power of ChatGPT.

Let's get started!

If you haven't used Midjourney before, just know one thing:

Writing the prompts SUCK!

Thankfully, ChatGPT is here to help out:

Step 1: Feed ChatGPT Midjourney's Formatting

As a highly advanced chatbot, ChatGPT offers more than just

human-like responses to your queries.

but ChatGPT isn't just a friend - it can also be your assistant!

Once fed the correct inputs, we can use ChatGPT to auto-

create Midjourney prompts with us.
For the second prompt, be sure to give the model as much
input as you deem fit.

***Here, I suggest feeding the info every aspect of

Midjourney's prompting guidelines (Find them in the
suffix)***

Great - after you're done, let's move to the next part!

Step 2: Feed Some Sample Prompts

Now, ChatGPT is equipped with as much general knowledge as

possible for Midjourney.

Great, but do you remember what I said in the beginning of

the eBook?

Providing samples to ChatGPT is ALWAYS the best.

So you know what we are doing right - let's find some

prompts!

There are two major places to look:

XXX and XXX

These are good! However, feel free to add as many unique
and relevant prompts as possible.

Expand the knowledge of ChatGPT!

Once you've done this, let's move onto the next part:

Step 3: Give ChatGPT Some Context

Alright - we are on the right track now!

Now we have two final things to complete: giving ChatGPT a

persona, and giving it your idea/concept.
By doing so, ChatGPT can take on the character of a specific
persona, giving it a deep understanding of the expertise
associated with the instruction.

With this, ChatGPT can provide you with even more

personalized and tailored responses.

Let's take a look at this example prompt:

“Now’s the time for you to act like a professional

photographer. I want you to give me descriptive prompts I
can use for Midjourney, including parameters and camera
settings. Don’t provide other details aside from what’s
asked.”

“For your first task, give me a prompt for creating a photo of

a futuristic live-band concert. Create your own description
based on the given info above, and don’t copy them. But you
can use the same format.”
Step 4: Copy to Midjourney!

We are almost done!

Take your newborn babies (your new prompts) and let's test
them out in the Midjourney platform.

Examples:

“Capture a reimagined portrait of Elon Musk as a futuristic

superhero in his SpaceX headquarters. The photo should
feature Musk in a power pose with a confident expression,
wearing a customized space suit that highlights his superhero
persona. The background should showcase the advanced
technology and machinery in the SpaceX facility, with a focus
on the futuristic elements. Use a mirrorless camera with
continuous autofocus to capture the details of the space suit
and the intricate machinery in the background. Set the ISO to
800 and the shutter speed to 1/200 to maintain a balanced
exposure. Use a wide aperture of f/2.8 to create a shallow
depth of field and separate Musk from the background. The
final image should be high resolution and have a cinematic
quality with a color grading that complements the futuristic
theme –v 5”

***Sources cited in the Suffix***

Good stuff. Let's try another, this time more realistic:
