Description of Requirement
1. Requirement

The TMS (Transport Management System) ‘’JDA” is used in the 4 mill’s (Viana/Rouen/Dueñas/Alcolea) for

REELS Shipments and for recycled paper in (Viana/Dueñas/Alcolea). This system is end of life and it’s

becoming difficult to keep up-to-date and respect cyber security standards.

Moreover, JDA is not in line with the Transport Management System group, which is Transporeon.

For this reason, we have decided to replace JDA with Transporeon for the 4 mill’s

(Viana/Dueñas/Rouen/Alcolea).

2. AS-IS: current flow

The current status and interfaces involve from JDA ßtoà SAP PO2 are:

Select and transfer the new load orders needed to update in JDA.

· SAP PO2 -JDA – processLoadCancel (XML file format)

If we select the option “delete transport” the new loads that have not been generated yet are

canceled and SAP sent to JDA one file with Processloadcancel.

Solution: -
Future flow-: The scope of this project is creating new programs/functions/transaction (all 3 we need to create which is mentioned below in detail) as
copy the current interfaces the exchanges of messages with SAP PO2--Transporeon, such as following below, maintaining the same file structure
defined in AS-IS flow: Below Programs and functions are mentioned which need to be copied and use for transporeon as per the analysis done.
We found the following points to be changed, the functions that needed to adapt are: -

- ZMM_PROCESSLOADCANCEL_T as copy from ZMM_PROCESSLOADCANCEL .Table ZMM_JDA_FTP is used in the previous functions for
include the target server data. For the moment It is not needed any change in this functionality.

- ZMM_CHECK_JDA_FILES_T as copy from ZMM_CHECK_JDA_FILES The messages will be transferred from Transporeon to SAP PO2 by Iconnect
in line with the DSS standards. We will proceed with Mill by Mill approach, that means that we will need to keep in parallel the old and new interfaces
at the same time. This will be decommissioning JDA as soon as we have all Mill`s already working with Transporeon.

We need to copy below listed program and need to modify at necessary places along with object mentioned above. The below programs are where
used list program used for the above objects so below object need to be copied as well and then use with the above copied object. The tcode will also
be created for the below report programs.

1. Z_TRANSPORTS_PLAN_V1 copy as Z_TRANSPORTS_PLAN_V1_T

2. ZMM_CHECK_JDA_FILES copy as ZMM_CHECK_JDA_FILES_T
3. ZMM_RECEPTION_V1 copy as ZMM_RECEPTION_V1_T.

Out of Scope
1. Unless specifically documented as part of the proposed solution, the creation of UAT test data is out of scope.
2. Unless specifically documented as part of the proposed solution, the following activities in relation to Third Parties are out of scope:
a. Management of and Liaising with Third Parties.
b. Any effort for any assistance, resolution of issues or delays incurred due to any Third Party software, hardware products or services.
3. Unless specifically documented as part of the proposed solution, regression testing is the responsibility of the customer, and no time has been
allowed in the Estimate to assist with regression testing.

Assumption
1. Unless specifically requested otherwise, the Estimate effort and charges are Time and Materials (T&M).
2. No scope changes are identified during any phase of the development.
3. The estimate does not include any effort for dealing with any existing issues (whether known or not known at the time of producing this estimate) in
Dev, QA or Prod
4. Suitable trained and experienced client staff will be undertaking UAT.
5. Testing will commence within a 2 week period after release to QA and will be released to production within 6 weeks.

Terms and Conditions

1. This estimate is valid for 90 days from date of issue.
2. The estimate charge is based on the current agreed rate card. Any rate card changes during the course of the change will be applied from that date
onwards.
3. The effort to create and sign off the Functional Spec is based on information provided to Atos as part of the Definition of Requirements. If this is not
achievable, a revised estimate will be issued.
4. Once the Functional Spec has been signed off, the Estimate will be reviewed based on the Signed off Functional Spec and effort to date. If
applicable, a revised estimate will be issued for approval.
5. All changes to Out of Scope elements will be treated as a Scope Change.
6. All changes to our Assumptions will be treated as a Scope Change.
7. All Scope Changes will result in a revised estimate. Work will not continue until formal approval via the agreed process is received.
