USER MANUAL

Step 1: Go to Xampp Control Panel click on start for Apache and Mysql.

 Step 2: Go to browser type: http://localhost/sms/sms/users/ and then enter.

Step 3: Click on ‘Register’ on right side and fill the informations then click to ‘Register’.

Step 4: If you are existing user click on ‘Login’ on right then enter your
mobile number used for register.

Step 5: After successfully Login Click on ‘Doctors’ on above right.

Step 6: Scroll down, select department which doctor you want then click on
‘submit’.

Step 7: Doctors list of specialist will show below select doctor and click on
‘Book Appointment’.

Step 8: Select the date when you want to meet doctor then click on
‘Appointment Now’

Step 9: When you want prescription or X-ray report from doctor ask him he
will provide to you. You can access prescription/ x-ray by click on
‘Prescription & X-ray’ on right above
