Klijent opunomoćuje:
1. „Sky Refund“ DOO, PIB 204419250 – društvo registrovano u
Registru privrednih subjekata (Targovski registar) pri Agenciji
za privredne registre (Agencija po vpisvanijata) Republike
Bugarske („Sky Refund“) i
2. Advokate Sky Refunda iz Advokatskog društva „Danailova,
Todorov i Partneri“, PIB 176309518*
da raspolažu, zajedno i posebno, isključivim pravima koja se tiču svih
iznosa koji se duguju u vezi s problematičnim letom za koji je Klijent
kupio odgovarajuću kartu, uključujući, ali ne samo, iznose naknade
štete u skladu s Uredbom (EZ) № 261/2004. Evropskog parlamenta i
Veća od 11. februara 2004. godine ili drugim zakonodavstvom, kao i
iznose refundiranja cene karte i/ili svih troškova Klijenta, („Zahtev“),
kao što sledi:
1. Da deluju u ime Klijenta i podnesu Zahtev pred avio-kompanijom
koja je obavila problematični let kojim je Klijent leteo („Avio-
kompanija“), da dogovaraju i potpisuju izvansudske sporazume s
Avio-kompanijom i da dobiju zasluženu Naknadu štete;
2. U vezi sa Zahtevom, da zastupaju Klijenta pred trećim licima,
uključujući, ali ne samo, Avio-kompaniju, administrativna tela (na
primer republička kontrolna tela), tela za alternativno rešavanje
sporova i nadležne sudove, uključujući, ali ne samo, sudove u
Europskoj uniji, da podnose tužbe i obavljaju aktivnosti prikupljanja
podataka, obrade dokumenata i razmene korespondencije;
3. Da dobiju u ime klijenta, u punom iznosu, sva plaćanja u vezi sa
Zahtevom od strane Avio-kompanije na račun Sky Refunda u banci
PROCREDIT BANK: IBAN: DE04 5021 0800 0060 6100 02
BIC:PRCBDEFFXXX, ili na drugi bankovni račun, na zahtev nekog od
opunomoćenih lica;
4. Da pokretaju sudske postupke protiv Avio-kompanije pred
nadležnim sudovima i prinudnim izvršiteljima, uključujući, ali ne samo,
sudove u Europskoj uniji, i obavljaju poslove sudskog zastupanja
Klijenta u ovim postupcima; Svako od opunomoćenih lica ima pravo
da sklapa u ime Klijenta ugovore za pravnu pomoć s
advokatom/advokatskim društvom u vezi sa pokretanjem sudskog
postupka i sudskim zastupništvom pred nadležnim sudovima i
prinudnim izvršiteljima;
5. Opunomoćivati treća lica za gorenavedena prava (t. 1-4).
Potpisivanjem ovog Punomoćja Klijent prihvata Opšte uslove Sky
Refunda, Politiku zaštite ličnih podataka i Politiku kolačića koji su
objavljeni na www.skyrefund.com.

The Client authorises:
1. Sky Refund Ltd., Unified identification code (UIC) 204419250
under the Bulgarian Commercial Register (“SkyRefund”)
2. The lawyers from Danailova, Todorov & Partners law firm,
Bulstat 176309518 under the Bulgarian BULSTAT register*
jointly and separately with exclusive power in relation to all sums
owed in relation to the flight disruption, for which the Client purchased
the flight ticket, identified by the above Booking Number/ETKT,
including but not limited to compensation under Regulation (EC) No.
261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 11
February 2004, or other legislation, as well as reimbursement of flight
tickets and expenses made by the Client, (“the Claim”),
with the right to:
1. Act on behalf of the Client in order to submit the Claim to the airline
responsible for the flight disruption experienced by the Client (“the
Airline”), reach and sign out-of-court settlements with the Airline and
collect sums in relation to the Claim;
2. Represent the Client in relation to the Claim before third parties,
including but not limited to the Airline, administrative bodies (such as
national enforcement bodies), alternative dispute resolution bodies
and courts including but not limited to those in the EU, in relation to
the Claim with the right to submit complaints and perform activities
such as collection of information, sending and receiving documents
and maintaining correspondence;
3. Collect and receive all sorts of payments in relation to the Claim on
behalf of the Client to SkyRefund’s account in PROCREDIT BANK:
IBAN: DE04 5021 0800 0060 6100 02 BIC:PRCBDEFFXXX, or
another bank account indicated by the authorized entitites;
4. Initiate and carry out legal proceedings against the Airline before the
competent courts and bailiffs, including but not limited to those in the
EU and act as legal representatives of the Client during all stages of
these proceedings; Every authorized entity has the right to conclude
on behalf the Client a contract for legal assistance with an
attorney/law firm in relation to initating and carrying out legal
proceedings, as well as acting as legal representatives before the
competent courts and bailiffs;
5. Re-authorize third parties with the rights listed above (items 1 to 4).
By signing this Power of Attorney the Client agrees with SkyRefund’s
Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, posted on
www.skyrefund.com
