1. Domicile refers to a person's permanent or fixed residence, to which he/she
intends to return whenever he/she is away. The residence is not; it is just a part
of domicile that demands physical presence as a resident of a certain location.
2. It is the full or partly extinction of one obligation by the formation of a new one to
take its place. It is the replacement or modification of one obligation by another,
which extinguishes or changes the first by altering its goal or primary
circumstances, substituting another in place of the debtor, or subrogating a third
party to the creditor's rights.
3. When the major part of an obligation has been completed but only a little or
minor part has not, the obligee suffers less losses if the obligation is fully fulfilled.

1. Dacion en pago is in order to extinguished the contract the obligor is using his
property as payment, and the ownership of property is now transferred to the
obligee. In payment by cession, the obligor assigned his obligee to sell his
property, but the ownership is not transferred to the obligee but only the right to
sell.
2. Tender of payment and consignation are both needed, the creditor must accept
the tender of payment that the debtor offers and if the latter refuses to accept it
without any valid reason, that will be the time the consignation takes place.
3. a. Yes, Ronnie will now be released from her obligation because of the third
person Shammy.
b. No, Ronnie will not be liable for she was released in the obligation without his
consent. If the new debtor turns out to be insolvent it’s either the new debtor’s
fault or the creditor.

2. It will never be the fault of the old debtor if the new debtor turns out to be insolvent
especially without the former’s knowledge or consent.
3. In compensation, the law permits partial extinguishment of the obligation and
takes effect by operation of law.
4. In payment, it is necessary that it would be complete, and it would take effect by
act of the parties.
5. In reimbursement there’s only a little right compared to subrogation.
