3.6.2 LPG TANK LOADING
Before the transfer process begins pressure is equalized between both
tanks. When the pump is started it pulls liquefied gas from the bottom
of the storage tank through the pump and delivers it through the bottom
of the transport tank or through the spray fill line. As the transport tank
fills with liquefied gas, accumulated vapor is passively transferred from
the top of the transport tank to the top of the storage tank. The liquid
gas transfer process is complete when the transport tank has been
filled to desired volume.
